Game creators Bushiroad Games and CIRCUS have unveiled D.C. ~Da Capo~ Re:tune, which is a complete overhaul of the 2002-released visual novel game D.C. ~Da Capo~. However, they haven’t yet specified the release platforms or a launch date for this remake.
Here is an overview of the game, via its official website:
About
Hatsune Island is unique because it’s always spring there, as cherry blossoms flourish continuously throughout every season.
At Kazami Academy on Hatsune Island, there’s a young man named Junichi Asakura who often remarks “it’s boring.” Uniquely gifted, he can materialize traditional Japanese confections, or wagashi, out of thin air. Additionally, he has an enchanting talent that resembles a fairy tale, allowing him to reveal others’ dreams to them.
Nemu Asakura is Junichi’s nagging, spoiled adopted sister.
Junichi is on the verge of completing his education at school, sharing this milestone with friends such as Kotori Shirakawa, who is exceptionally gifted in singing and well-known as the school’s idol.
Then one day…
Six years later, Junichi’s old buddy Sakura Yoshino comes back from living overseas – it’s as if no time has passed at all since she last saw her, for Sakura appears unchanged from six years ago.
On a spring day with cherry blossoms fluttering in the air, an awkward love story begins.
