The upcoming main entry in the beloved life simulation role-playing game series, Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma by Marvelous, will be released on May 30th, available for both Nintendo Switch and PC platforms. This information comes from the latest Famitsu update, which also disclosed fresh details such as the names of the main characters: Subaru and Kaguya.
In this game, the character’s friend is named Mocoron. Players will meet several other characters such as Hina, an archaeologist; Mauro, a sky-traveling adventurer; and Iroha, who operates a teashop. As in past games, players can form relationships with these characters and bring them along when exploring dungeons (a total of 12 characters).
In my gaming world, I’ve found myself stepping into a fresh adventure with Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma. Unlike past titles, this time we journey eastward to the mystical land of Azuma. As the Earth Dancer, I’m tasked with standing against the Blight, helping to rebuild the devastated land and villages following the Celestial Collapse. The new arsenal includes weapons like the bow and Talisman, along with exciting new abilities, festivals, and much more. Keep an eye out for more exciting updates as we gear up for the game’s release!
