On January 30, the long-awaited “Laika: Aged Through Blood,” a motorvania game inspired by the West, will be released on Nintendo eShop. This announcement was made jointly by the publishers, Headup Games, and developers, Brainwash Gang.
Initially released for PC platforms such as Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG on October 19, 2023. Subsequently, it became available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on December 5, 2023. However, the Switch version, initially scheduled for January 11, 2024, has been postponed indefinitely due to unforeseen circumstances.

Laika: Aging Through Blood” portrays a motorvania style, reminiscent of Westerns, set in a post-apocalyptic desert landscape. This narrative revolves around a tribal society under the yoke of foreign invaders. At its heart is the saga of a coyote warrior mother, whose quest for vengeance knows no end, as she embarks on a relentless journey to reclaim what her people have lost.
