One of TikTok’s sweetest souls has passed away.
Deborah Finck, known for her role in the first season of ‘Nanny 911’, passed away on January 14 following a prolonged struggle against leiomyosarcoma, a seldom-encountered type of soft tissue cancer. She was 57 years old.
Today, I’m devastated to announce that my cherished wife, Deborah, has departed from us following a courageous five-year struggle against cancer. She left this life serenely, with love surrounding her. – Paul Finck (from his Instagram post on January 14)
Deborah and I were more than just partners – she was my trusted advisor, my foundation, the one I loved deeply, and my lifelong companion,” he said further. “Together, we constructed a life brimming with love, humor, and moments that I will hold dear for eternity.
The TikToker who openly documented her health experience on various social media platforms is mourned by her devoted spouse, in addition to triplets—Amanda and Alexandra, Stephen and Katerina, and David and Daniel.
Paul stated that she put all her passion and devotion into nurturing our six kids, teaching them her principles of compassion, honesty, and strength. She was their biggest supporter, their beacon of guidance, and an endless wellspring of unconditional love. The effect she had on their lives is priceless, and her memory will endure through them.
The clear demonstration of affection that Deborah had for her kids, particularly evident, was beautifully expressed in Katerina’s heartfelt social media tribute upon the passing of her mother.
To my dearest Mommy, my closest friend and my sunshine, Katerina posted on Instagram on Jan. 14, sharing an old picture of them both, ‘Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you’ve done for me. You were not just a beautiful mother but the greatest mom anyone could ever wish for.’
You instilled in me qualities like strength, bravery, and an understanding of genuine love, as well as persistence,” she went on. “You had faith in me, stayed by my side, and demonstrated the essence of unwavering love. You’ll forever be cherished, not duplicated. To me, you were a beam of sunlight, and whenever I spot a sunflower, I’ll feel your presence.
In the final two months of her life, Deborah made a point to create individual TikTok videos dedicated to each of her kids, sharing moments that the world could see and get to know her family better. These heartfelt videos also served as hidden goodbyes for them, messages she left behind when saying farewell.
Parting ways with my youngest sons, David and Daniel, is incredibly tough,” she wrote in her December 28 TikTok post. “It’s uncertain when our final goodbye might be. My love for you both remains constant, always and forever.
