Yesterday marked the farewell day at PlayStation for the esteemed figurehead, Shuhei Yoshida. Just when we thought we’d miss him, he reappears, embarking on a new career venture – professional voice acting! His debut role will be as MonouGe, an eccentric, anthropomorphic character in a seedy, ghostly video game arcade from Promise Mascot Agency, a project announced last year.
Shu will make his appearance alongside some notable figures in the field, such as Takaya Kuroda, renowned for voicing Kazuma Kiryu in the Yakuza/Like a Dragon series, Eri Saito, who has worked on shows like Chainsaw Man and Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, and Hidetaka “SWERY” Suehiro, director of the Deadly Premonition series.
