To access these areas, players must locate either a key or a code. One such locked-off room can be found in the Concrete Forest district of the Cement Factory region, situated inside a small tower and secured by a door that demands a specific key for entry. How to Open the Concrete Forest Locked Door in Stalker 2
In the game Stalker 2, the west side of the Concrete Forest Point of Interest in the Cement Factory area houses a locked door. This door is situated on the initial floor of a building or tower that links to a larger one via a massive metal pipe and an old, corroded structure. Remarkably, the key for this confined door can be discovered within the connecting tower itself. Let’s explore how you can obtain the key for this specific door.
Finding the Key In the Tower
If you gaze to the right of the locked door, you’ll notice a massive tower with steps running along its side, ascending all the way up. Make your way towards these steps and carefully scale them until you reach the top of this tower. Be mindful, though, as there’s a potentially hazardous area of broken glass at the foot of the stairs, so expect to sustain minor injuries during your climb.
Upon ascending the tower, I stumbled upon an intriguing sight – a circular opening in the ground, concealed beneath yellow-painted wooden planks. To uncover this hidden passage, I had to shatter the wooden barriers with a well-placed strike using my weapon or bare hands. Fear not, for there’s a peculiar gravitational anomaly at play here; it cushions your descent, ensuring you land safely once you leap through it.
In this area, you’ll find a mutated Poltergeist. Eliminate it promptly before proceeding. Once the Poltergeist is vanquished, search for Private Babych’s corpse on the ground. By looting the body, players can acquire the key needed to unlock the door leading to the Concrete Forest in Stalker 2.
Returning to the Concrete Forest Locked Door
After getting the key, knock down the wooden panels on the tower to make an exit. Then retrace your steps to the locked door and unlock it using the key. Inside the room, you’ll discover a SPSA-14 shotgun along with some ammunition for it. Additionally, there’s a locker on the table filled with other valuable supplies and ammo as well.
