Despite receiving widespread criticism upon its release, it’s evident that the horror shooter “Quantum Error” was commercially successful enough for developer TeamKill Media to continue working on other projects. One such project, named “Code Violet,” has been announced. For devoted fans of the “Dino Crisis” series who are still waiting anxiously for the franchise’s revival, this could be a title worth watching closely.
Title “Code Violet” is a third-person action horror game, set on a future human colony named Aion during the 25th century. You’ll play as Violet Sinclair, a woman from the past, who has been brought forward by the last survivors of humanity. Entangled in a web of intrigues and secrets, Violet encounters numerous adversaries, with fearsome and lethal dinosaurs being the most formidable ones. Take a peek at the announcement trailer to get a glimpse of what the game promises.
Code Violet is set to debut on PlayStation 5 in July. At this point, a precise launch date has not been disclosed, nor is it clear if the game will be released on other gaming platforms as well.
