Black Panther Easter Egg Explains How Captain America Can Fight Red Hulk in Brave New World

As I, a devoted supporter, eagerly anticipate the latest chapter in the Captain America saga, I find myself drawn into “Captain America: Brave New World,” where Sam Wilson, our resilient Falcon, faces off against the enraged Red Hulk, the transformed alter-ego of U.S. President Thaddeus Ross, played by the iconic Harrison Ford. In the series “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” shown in 2021, Sam declined the serum that had once granted extraordinary powers to Steve Rogers, a transformation that a former HYDRA scientist managed to replicate using the blood of Isaiah Bradley, the first African-American super soldier, portrayed by Carl Lumbly.

During the events, Karli Morgenthau’s group, Flag Smashers, and John Walker, backed by the U.S. government, gained strength from a replicated serum. However, Captain America, assisted by an advanced version of his Falcon flight suit designed by the Wakandans, managed to keep pace with this enhanced equipment.

Equipped by the Wakandans, the suit’s mechanical collapsible wings were fortified with virtually indestructible vibranium, a unique and extremely powerful metal found on Earth that can absorb and deflect kinetic energy. It’s both stronger (yet lighter) than steel, impervious to bullets, and resistant to vibrations. Vibranium has been utilized in various items such as Captain America’s shield, the Winter Soldier’s vibranium arm, and the Black Panther armor worn by T’Challa and Shuri.

Fresh scenes from the Marvel Studios film reveal that Captain America’s freshly crafted Wakandan suit shares the same energy-absorbing attribute as Black Panther’s, which can capture and rechannel that force into a potent, violet shockwave (initially demonstrated in 2018’s Black Panther). This functionality is achieved through advanced nanotechnology and the integrated kinetic redistribution system within the armor.

Using the serum, you can overcome any adversary. However, without it, you must be resourceful and devise various strategies to conquer [enemies],” Mackie explained at Disney’s APAC Content Showcase in November. “Sam, as a counselor, relies more on his intelligence than his strength. He depends more on his cunning rather than physical force.

In other words, defeating the Red Hulk requires more than just brute strength because he possesses Ross’ intellect during his transformation, unlike the green-skinned Hulk.

As a movie enthusiast, let me tell you that the gear I was talking about is a state-of-the-art suit. I visited Wakanda and had the pleasure of meeting their wonderful people. We shared a delightful dinner together, and they even threw me a warm welcome party, which was pretty awesome! But what really took the cake was when they presented me with this suit as a parting gift. I slipped it on, and suddenly, I could kick harder, fly faster, and perform more agile stunts – taking my abilities to an entirely new level!

In the world of comics, Red Hulk’s vulnerability lies in his tendency to overheat. Unlike the Hulk who becomes more powerful when he gets enraged, Red Hulk becomes hotter. This heat allows him to release absorbed gamma radiation as fiery energy. While Red Hulk might be stronger, Sam Wilson is wiser.

Tickets can be purchased now for the upcoming Marvel Studios film, “Captain America: Brave New World,” set to hit cinemas on Valentine’s Day, February 14th.
