The Spring Festival, more commonly referred to as Chinese New Year, is currently underway, and numerous games, such as Palworld, are joining in the festivities. To add to the celebration, Pocketpair has introduced five new skins for the game, which players can now use on Cattiva, Lyleen, Chillet, Lyleen Noct, and Chillet Ignis.
The update primarily incorporates modifications and tweaks, such as summoned companions attacking the closest foe instead of getting fixed on one, and larger companions functioning identically to smaller ones in their original state to avoid issues like getting stuck in tight spaces or bumping into ceilings. This is intended to enhance their functionality. Additionally, Killamari acquires the Water attribute, making it suitable for watering crops, while Mammorest and its Crystal variant gain the Earth attribute.
As a gamer, I’ve noticed some tweaks in the game balance: the Oil Rig’s gigantic loot chest no longer drops an Uncommon Plasma Cannon blueprint. It’s now easier to craft gear since fewer Plasteel is needed. Also, the crude oil extractor has been improved to yield more crude oil faster.
