CoD BO6 The Tomb: Release date and details for new Zombies map

This place appears to resemble an underground lair reminiscent of Tomb Raider or Indiana Jones, and that’s great! However, we’re curious about the additional benefits – are there any unique weapons or formidable foes waiting for us?

CoD BO6 The Tomb release date

The Tomb map will release at exactly the same time as the rest of the CoD BO6 Season 2 update.

That will be Tuesday 28th January 2025, so we’re only one day away!

In the UK, it will release at 5pm GMT.

What to expect from The Tomb Zombies map in CoD BO6

As its title indicates, the location depicted on this map is an ancient crypt and its nearby terrain. Following our familiar characters led by Weaver, we’ll delve into a new adventure that transpires immediately following the events of the Citadelle des Morts (the zombie-themed map from the previous season).

Not only will we discover a fresh region to traverse, but we’ll also encounter a new adversary known as the Shock Mimic. True to its name, this foe will masquerade as valuable items, so keep your guard up!

The primary offensive tool now is the Staff of Ice, while our new supportive device is called War Machine, though it doesn’t have any connection to Iron Man.

You can also be sure to expect new perks and GobbleGums, so there’s plenty to look forward to.
