People who led the development of “Gears of War: Judgment” and collaborated as co-developers on the initial “Gears of War” trilogy, are now working together with The Coalition in a co-development role for “Gears of War: E-Day“, according to their recent announcement.
In a recent press statement, Sebastian Wojciehowski, CEO of People Can Fly, expressed his eagerness and honor to work together again on the upcoming installment of this iconic tale. He finds it thrilling to have the chance to expand upon the intense, heart-pounding action and intricate storytelling that fans have grown fond of. Moreover, he expressed his sincere gratitude for the trust and backing from our partners during this venture.
Mike Crump, head of Coalition studio, remarked, “Gears of War: E-Day” isn’t just our upcoming big title; it’s a homecoming to what makes the Gears of War series unique and genuine. We’re excited to collaborate with the gifted team at People Can Fly who have been an integral part of our franchise’s history for so long.
Guillaume Barry, director at People Can Fly who are passionate Gears of War enthusiasts, is putting their heart and soul into crafting an experience that surpasses expectations. Although they aren’t ready to reveal more details just now, they can’t wait until they can unveil the thrilling projects they’ve been tirelessly working on.
The game titled “Gears of War: E-Day” is set to launch on both Xbox Series consoles and personal computers, with options to download it from Steam for PC or the Microsoft Store. However, as of now, a specific release date remains undisclosed.
