On January 30th, you can expect a complimentary update for Hogwarts Legacy, which includes the ability to modify the PC version. Furthermore, Avalanche Software has explained that the Hogwarts Legacy Mod Creation Kit enables players to design and share their own mods. Take a look at the trailer below for more information.
On Epic Games Store, you can obtain a kit at no cost, which empowers you to design fresh quests, cosmetic items such as beards, character skins, and dungeons. Some demonstrations provided are the infinite Dungeon of Doom, a new quest for gathering magical creatures, and even a dragon-riding mount.
In order to use mods, you’ll first need to create a Warner Bros. Games account. Once that’s done, link your account to either Steam or the Epic Games Store. After setup, you can explore mods directly within the game, with CurseForge taking care of hosting and moderation. Keep an eye out for more information when it becomes available.
The game titled Hogwarts Legacy can be played on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. You can read our review of it right here. At the moment, a follow-up to this game is under development, but as of now, there’s no specific release date set for it.
