Excitedly speaking as a dedicated fan, I’m thrilled to share that after addressing some really annoying bugs with a recent update, the Stalker 2 developers hinted at a significant one coming soon. The team has already delivered on fixing shader compilation issues, memory leaks, crashes, and specific performance dips, and now they’re promising an additional update is right around the corner.
Fans were informed by GSC that the update they’re about to receive is the first for this year, with a significant game update coming shortly afterwards. They expressed gratitude for your feedback and continued support. Rest assured, they are diligently working on S.T.A.L.K.E.R.2: Heart of Chornobyl and will soon be sharing more updates with you.
Following the overwhelming success of Stalker 2 upon launch, the creators of the game have vowed to deliver much more than mere bug fixes. In addition to expansions and a formal multiplayer mode, the talented team behind this exceptional survival game is also working on incorporating discarded content and innovative ideas that were initially left out from the initial release.

Accompanying an existing enthusiastic modding group, Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl can be considered a fitting sequel to the original games. Despite its current state of potential issues, it’s not uncommon for a Stalker game to be less than perfect. However, with upcoming patches planned, this title could potentially become the least problematic game in the series over time.
