Aizawa has consistently played a crucial role, both in combating the pervasive crime within Hero Society and shaping the future heroes. Initially known as a menace in the criminal underworld, Aizawa’s character from “My Hero Academia” has transformed into an exceptional educator, despite his rugged demeanor. Though the manga has concluded, its creator, Kohei Horikoshi, continues to create captivating artwork for beloved characters. Recently, Horikoshi has unveiled a fresh perspective of Eraserhead that presents a strikingly grim image of the character, who was once a rogue vigilante and is now an official crime fighter.
In the seventh series of “My Hero Academia”, Eraserhead joined his pupils on the battlefield with the intention of utilizing his ability to prevent Shigaraki from harnessing All For One’s full power. However, Aizawa’s strategy was disrupted when Toga and her numerous clones, generated by Twice’s post-death enhancement, intervened. Although Shigaraki appears to be at maximum power, Deku seems capable of handling the situation for now. As the eighth and concluding season approaches this fall, “My Hero Academia” promises more significant events for the UA Academy instructor.
Eraserhead’s Dark New Outfit
After the manga of “My Hero Academia” concluded, its creator Kohei Horikoshi has typically produced fresh artwork to complement the anime episodes that have been released since the series finale. Fortunately, it appears that the artist remains captivated by his superhero universe and wanted to create a new, grim version of Aizawa. Although no background information was provided for this new style, it could be a reinterpretation of Eraserhead if he had acted as a villain instead of a heroic teacher.

Aizawa’s About To Be Busy
This year, the eighth and concluding season of the original series will be released, but before that, in April, Eraserhead will take on a significant part in a spin-off. In this side story, Aizawa’s career as a superhero is further explored, and it delves into his past as a student at UA Academy. If you’re an anime fan following the main series, this Vigilantes spin-off could be crucial viewing since it explores the friendship between Aizawa, Present Mic, Midnight, and Oboro Shirakumo, who later became Kurogiri.
Regarding any possible sequels or spin-offs for the shonen series, it’s anyone’s speculation at this time. Neither Horikoshi nor Shonen Jump has officially confirmed a new story set in the UA Academy world, but creator Kohei has hinted that his manga-making days are not yet done.
