Initially stunning when it debuted exclusively for PS5 in October 2023, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 underwent an impressive upgrade on the PS5 Pro a year later. With over 11 million copies sold, this highly successful game from Insomniac is now entering its final commercial phase and will be available on PC starting today, 30th January. This marks the pinnacle of the game’s graphical evolution, featuring numerous enhanced features and additional visual effects.
In the latest trailer released by Sony, they demonstrate some exciting new features that both first-time PC gamers and those considering a double purchase can look forward to: enhanced upscaling, frame rate generation, advanced ray tracing, and compatibility with DualSense controllers and ultrawide monitors. Insomniac Games has been working together on this project with PlayStation’s own experts in PC porting based in the Netherlands – Nixxes Software.
