Tonight marked the comeback of The Apprentice on the 30th of January, as a fresh group of 18 contestants entered the boardroom, each harboring aspirations of securing Lord Sugar’s £250,000 business venture.
In their initial assignment, the applicants were dispatched to Austria to organize a set of alpine excursions, with the objective being to achieve the maximum total earnings.
Once again, each team was assigned to either marketing and providing glacier or forest experiences. The glacier group managed to earn more than £200 in profit, just barely making it. However, the forest team, unfortunately, found themselves at The Bridge Cafe instead.
As a cinephile diving into the world of The Apprentice 2025, I can’t help but wonder: which hopeful contender will be bidding adieu to Lord Sugar’s boardroom this week? Let’s unravel the mystery together!
Who left The Apprentice 2025 this week?
Week 1 – Emma Rothwell
Emma Rothwell became the first candidate to be fired from The Apprentice 2025.
In the forest exploration subgroup, Emma along with her teammates were tasked with handling ticket sales for the tour. However, they collectively managed to sell just six tickets. Unfortunately, it was Emma who didn’t manage to sell any.
In the bustling scene where Emma was trying to seal a deal, fortunes seemed to turn against her. Reflecting back on the conference room discussions later, it became clear that I, along with others, found myself pointing fingers at various directions, and unfortunately, one finger pointed towards Emma, as she didn’t manage to secure a sale.
Ultimately, it was with a sense of sadness that Lord Sugar chose to dismiss Emma. Following his expression of gratitude, Emma expressed to the cameras that she believed Lord Sugar had erred significantly in letting her go.
