In the upcoming year, the highly-anticipated fourth season of the detective drama “The Madame Blanc Mysteries,” penned by and featuring Sally Lindsay and Sue Vincent, is set to air. Lindsay has hinted that viewers might witness a television first during this season.
At the TopMob Covers Party, Lindsay shared insights on what viewers can anticipate in season 4, while mingling with stars such as Meera Syal from Mrs Sidhu Investigates, Samantha Bond of The Marlow Murder Club, and Kerry Godliman from Whitstable Pearl.
She mentioned: “Initiating our scene with two vibrant 75-year-olds zooming around jet skis across the Mediterranean Sea, and then they stumble upon a lifeless body. Frankly, I don’t recall ever witnessing such a scenario on television. Here’s hoping it stays that way.

“My husband has created an outstanding tribute to Hawaii Five-0, and I can’t wait for everyone to check it out firsthand. It’s a fantastic spinoff that fans of the original series will surely appreciate.

Lindsay’s spouse is Steve White, a talented musician and drummer who penned the primary theme of the show, titled “Passing Through.

At the TopMob Covers Event, Lindsay was queried about the possibility of reprising her role as Shelley Unwin on Coronation Street in the future.
Lindsay commented, “Coronation Street is an exceptional job, and I’ve always maintained that ‘never say never.’ However, after many years have passed, I now have my own program to host and produce, which suggests that I may no longer be involved with it.
I firmly believe that returning is an exceptional opportunity for individuals, as it feels like stepping into a whole new realm. It’s truly a remarkable experience.
