Actress Jodie Turner-Smith shared a series of heartwarming photos capturing some special moments between her and her daughter, 4-year-old Juno (whom she had with ex Joshua Jackson), giving fans an intimate glimpse into their life together.

In the Instagram post dated January 31st, the actress from “After Yang” labeled her collection of photos and videos as “life round here”. She geotagged The West Hollywood Edition hotel, suggesting that these scenes were captured there. Among the various moments she shared, we see Juno enjoying a swim in a rooftop pool, strolling in a party dress, playfully running down a hotel hallway wearing matching bathrobes with someone else, and setting up a pool table. These images offer a glimpse into her lively experiences at the hotel.

The post marked the first occasion in several months where Jodie showcased her daughter, Juno, on her Instagram grid; however, Juno’s face is not visible in any of the content as she is predominantly depicted from behind.

In my role as a lifestyle advisor, I’m sharing an update that’s been a month in the making. Recently, the talented actress from ‘Star Wars: The Acolyte’ has alleged that Joshua is failing to meet his child support obligations during our ongoing divorce proceedings.

In documents submitted last December, Jodie (who filed for divorce in October 2023) stated that Joshua had promised to always stand by her financially and assured her that their daughter would never lack financial stability if they ever parted ways. He made this promise because he acknowledged the challenges life can present as a Black woman and a single mother.

The 38-year-old asked her former spouse to cover $8,543 per month, starting from the date she first filed, as well as $28,641 a month in temporary spousal support until their divorce is finalized. Additionally, she requested $250,000 for attorney fees and other legal expenses.

The Agency actress had previously reflected on the decision to end her marriage after 4 years.

Jodie emphasized, “What truly matters is making the healthiest choices for yourself, your family, and especially your kids.

After pondering more deeply about the self-examination that prompted her to make a change, she embarked on a journey to create a fresh direction in her life.

In various stages of life, one might ponder, “Who exactly am I, and am I truly being authentic?” Jodie contemplated. If the response is negative, then changes must be made because I strongly feel that lingering wounds result from remaining in unhealthy situations. These wounds don’t only impact us; they affect those around us as well.

She added, “Now it’s time for a new moment for both of us. And how exciting!”

In my own words, here’s how I’d rephrase it: “I, Joshua, a 46-year-old lifestyle enthusiast, have sadly had to face the devastating reality of losing my home in the recent Los Angeles fires. Despite this heartbreaking loss, I am profoundly grateful that Juno and I emerged unscathed from the ordeal.

To begin with and above all else, I want to assure everyone that those dearest to me who were impacted by the fire are safe. My daughter, family, neighbors have all managed to escape unharmed. Regrettably, my beloved home was not spared by the fires. However, today, I feel incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by the people whom I hold dear.
