It seems that February has sneaked up on us rather swiftly! However, it appears this month could be quite packed in the world of video games, with numerous significant releases scheduled. Perhaps it’s time to tackle those pending games before they pile up, don’t you think?

This weekend, I intend to finish the classic Doom game. I’m working my way through completing each game leading up to Doom: The Dark Ages. To my surprise, I’ve been enjoying the original version more than expected, even though I don’t usually gravitate towards older retro gaming sessions.

As Monster Hunter Wilds approaches, I find myself reacquainting myself with the pace of Monster Hunter World, where I whack angry cucumbers and swing at cotton candy bats with my large hammer. Maybe I’ll master any type of throwing weapon? Maybe not. I also squeeze in some Tekken 8 multiplayer battles during the hunts!

This weekend, I plan to devote my time to wrapping up all my gacha games, and a significant part of that effort will be completing the Fall Guys-esque event in Zenless Zone Zero. Despite the usual chatter, I find the gameplay with the Bangboos quite enjoyable.

This time around, I plan on exploring a couple of independent video games for critique, while also trying to squeeze in some more “Hitman” gameplay. I haven’t begun the third narrative campaign yet, but I can’t wait to jump back into it!
