Lacey Turner’s character Stacey Slater has been involved in several intense plots on EastEnders, ranging from the mystery of who murdered Archie Mitchell to the complicated love situation involving her, Shabnam Masood (portrayed by Rakhee Thakrar), and Kush Kazemi (played by Davood Ghadami).

Following the disclosure of their secret one-night encounter several years ago, Stacey, Kush, and another actor are now joining forces in Turner’s latest podcast project titled “We Met Here.

Thakrar stated that during the show, she strongly believed it was her mission or role. She further clarified that Ghadami hinted they may not have another opportunity to develop such a plotline in the future.

Ghadami mentioned: “You aim for authenticity and a lot of collaboration when executing tasks. I recall that you had a very productive partnership with some directors during our projects.

I found myself immersed in countless discussions about it, making it a significant aspect of our journey. It was truly rewarding to witness this level of engagement, as such depth isn’t always encountered.

The trio additionally shared their backstory about entering acting, with Thakrar revealing that she didn’t pursue it until she turned 15 years old.

She said, “As a child, you wouldn’t have guessed I would become an actress. Truthfully, I was very timid back then.
