Kylie Kelce is disclosing the strategy that Travis Kelce uses to inform his loved ones about his relationship with Taylor Swift.

The host of the “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, who is married to Jason Kelce (Travis’ brother), disclosed that Travis’ sibling didn’t immediately tell his family about his relationship with the “Blank Space” singer.

On the February 12th episode of Call Her Daddy, Kylie told Alex Cooper that we had known about Taylor’s relationship with Travis before most people did (this was hinted at when Taylor attended a Kansas City Chiefs game in September 2023). However, this information didn’t make it to our group chat.

She mentioned that Jase and I discovered it simultaneously, but we had already known about it prior to their official launch, since she was attending an event.

In early 2024, approximately four months after turning 32, I found myself sharing a stadium seat with none other than Taylor, as our paths crossed for the first time at the thrilling matchup between the Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills.

She pondered, finding the situation troubling. There had been a lot of speculation prior to it, such as “Why haven’t they gotten together yet? It seems like they’re deliberately staying apart!

“I’m not avoiding anyone,” Kylie clarified, calling their first meeting “great.”

“I’m more than happy to meet anyone,” she added, “especially someone that Travis is dating.”

To put it another way, Travis presented his high-profile partner to his family earlier in their relationship compared to how long it took Kylie to be introduced to Jason’s family at the beginning of their romance.

Kylie found it amusing since she had gone nearly a year without meeting Travis when she was dating Jason, and yet Taylor was portrayed as being busy. She chuckled and added, “It seems absurd to me that this is the narrative that gets spun.

Since then, Kylie, who is expecting their fourth child with Jason, mentioned that they had a sort of double date with Taylor and Travis, but this event took place in the comfort of their own home.

Kylie, a mother to Wyatt (5), Elliotte (3), and Bennett (20 months), mused over her meal. To be honest, she didn’t truly enjoy the meal as she was eight weeks pregnant at the time, and in those stages, nothing tasted appealing to her.

Previously, a college field hockey player mentioned that she and Taylor share a common background – they both hail from the very same part of the Jersey Shore where they spent their childhoods.

Kylie mentioned that we used to visit the same coastal spots when we were growing up. It turns out her family frequented Sea Isle City and Stone Harbor, which are exactly the places where I spent my childhood as well.

The mom of three talked about their shared experiences with Travis when they get together with Jason, confessing that it doesn’t happen as frequently as they all prefer.

It’s such a bummer that our paths don’t cross frequently, yet when we do reunite, it’s as if we’re long-lost siblings in the same room. We simply catch up, share laughs, and tease each other to no end.

I’ll tell you this, as a die-hard fan, I’ve had instances where I’d offer my dear Travis some sisterly guidance. But truth be told, our interactions are predominantly filled with laughter and joy. We manage to keep things light and fun at all times!

Kylie explained, “There’s a lot of friendly teasing going on,” she said. “Sometimes it feels like we’re picking on Jason a bit, but it’s all part of the best dynamic. Watching Jason and Travis interact is hilarious. It’s as if everyone else isn’t even in the room sometimes.

In August, during our training camp, I grew a mustache for the first time. That’s when I met Taylor for the first time, sporting my new facial accessory.

Later on, he remarked about that period, “For a while, my mustache and number 87 jersey were quite iconic, and I was wearing them when I first encountered Taylor.
