The game publisher, Playstack, has declared that their survival crafting title, Abiotic Factor, will be making its way onto various consoles, such as the PlayStation 5.
Initially, the game created quite an impact on personal computers upon its early access release a year ago. When it fully transitions to its 1.0 final version in Summer 2025, it will be available for PlayStation 5 – launching simultaneously on the PlayStation Plus Extra tier.
In simpler terms, this is a cooperative, first-person, sci-fi survival game that can be played by up to six people. The objective is to maintain your character’s hunger, health, and other essential factors while navigating through a perilous underground science lab.

As an avid enthusiast, I’ll be tasked with constructing and managing a stronghold, along with crafting an array of handy gadgets and defensive arms, all in preparation for the looming extraterrestrial perils.
As a gaming enthusiast, I’m thrilled that this game offers cross-platform compatibility, meaning I can play with friends on PlayStation, Xbox, or PC. This guarantees a steady supply of possible teammates, making my gaming experience more enjoyable and sociable!
