Laughter really is the best medicine. Just ask Paige DeSorbo.
Approximately two months have passed since the “Summer House” star, who stunned fans by announcing her breakup from three-year boyfriend Craig Conover, and her close friend Hannah Berner revealed how she maintains the high spirits of her fellow “Giggly Squad” cohost following their separation.
Hannah shared with Francesca Amiker of TopMob News at the LACTAID’s Dairy Lovers Lounge pop-up event in NYC that comedy has been a crucial aid for her during challenging times, helping her find relief by laughing at herself and realizing she’s not alone in such experiences.
Moreover, discussing the causes behind her split with the Southern Charm star on their popular podcast has aided Paige in leaving the turmoil behind.
Hannah mentioned that having the Giggly Squad as an outlet has been therapeutic for her, allowing her to discuss everything with others and then share laughter. She also expressed gratitude towards the Gigglers for their humor, which often includes joking about themselves and one another.
However, no one puts Paige on blast more than Hannah—especially when she’s feeling down.
As a constant jokester, I shared that I relentlessly tease her. I believe my role in her life is to provide moments of levity by saying, “Let’s not take things too seriously and have a good laugh at this moment.” It often involves a lot of friendly roasting towards each other.
And Paige gives it right back.
In a playful manner, the former Bravo star quipped, “Now that I’m sporting an ear cuff, she never stops teasing me since it supposedly defines my entire character. So, we just try to find amusement in even the smallest of things.
On their Giggly Squad tour across the country, they’ve discovered a lot to appreciate. Additionally, they plan to celebrate Galentine’s Day (Feb. 13) and Valentine’s Day with Hannah and countless fans during performances in Nashville and New Orleans.
The community they’ve created is something Hannah takes immense pride in.
As a dedicated admirer, I can’t help but be captivated by the online world. I see the ladies who share their adventures and insights, reaching out to us with heartfelt messages. It’s a challenge to form friendships in your 30s, yet it seems like we’ve stumbled upon an extraordinary circle of friends – a dream group that I yearned for but didn’t have in my 20s.
Celebrating Galentine’s Day more delightfully? The Giggly Squad’s latest collaboration with LACTAID, offering dairy-free products!
Hannah declared, “I’m absolutely going to enjoy some LACTAID hot cocoa.” Despite being lactose intolerant, she hasn’t let that stop her from indulging in cheese and milk due to her zest for life. LACTAID, it’s the same great taste without the lactose, making it a perfect solution for me. It’s a definite victory!
