Harley Quinn and Elvira are all set to star in an epic comic book crossover event, one of the largest in history! Harley Quinn has become an integral part of the DC Universe, joining forces with legendary characters such as Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman. On the other hand, Elvira, portrayed by Cassandra Peterson, has been a mainstay for over four decades and has expanded beyond horror and sci-fi to gain widespread recognition. In this exciting collaboration between Dynamite Entertainment, DC, and Queen “B” Productions, these two iconic characters will finally come together in a comic book crossover overseen by two creators well-versed in the world of Harley Quinn.
In a unique collaboration, the joint comic book adventure featuring Harley Quinn and Elvira will be penned by Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti. These talented writers have been associated with Harley Quinn from 2013 to 2018, playing a significant role in attracting a new wave of fans. While Harley Quinn initially appeared in the Batman: The Animated Series, it was Conner and Palmiotti’s portrayal of her in comics that served as a blueprint for Margot Robbie’s live-action interpretation of the character on the silver screen.
Amanda Conner asked, ‘What results when you combine a Maid of Mischief and a Mistress of the Dark?’ The answer is pure chaos, adventures, and excitement! Holy moley, who wouldn’t want to witness the energetic Elvira and the playful Harley Quinn sharing jokes, causing mischief, and clowning around? And maybe some mischief. Well, quite a bit actually. I can hardly wait to start working on this book!

Cassandra Peterson, the woman behind Elvira, has mentioned that her character has had a chance to interact with some horror legends like H.P. Lovecraft and Vincent Price in recent times. She also mentioned that she’s thrilled to be collaborating with DC again, and this time with one of their beloved characters. While there are not many who can rival my charm, Harley Quinn is definitely among them!
