Adam McArthur, voice actor for Marco Diaz, expressed his enthusiasm about potentially reprising his role in a revival of the show, saying, “I’d be one hundred percent on board to return as Marco.” This year marks ten years since its debut and six years since it ended, leaving many plot threads unresolved. McArthur believes that the series has the potential for more stories, especially if Disney were to produce a movie, miniseries, or similar project. Given the fervor of the fanbase, he added, “I’m a man of the people. I want to do it. I know they would love it.” McArthur further emphasized the significance that the series has held for fans over the years.
Frequently, fans express how deeply meaningful and unique the show was for them, and I wholeheartedly agree that it was a rare gem in Disney’s portfolio, much like ‘Gravity Falls’. However, ‘Staar’ followed closely after ‘Gravity Falls’, so many fans moved on to this series. It was an exceptional period for the type of shows Disney was producing at the time. And perhaps Toffee is alive once more, playing a role in orchestrating these events…We could delve into this idea with a bit of time jump, so they’ve grown older.
