1923’s second season’s premiere started by paying homage to the late actor Cole Brings Plenty, who tragically passed away in April at the age of 27.
In the initial season of the series, Brings Plenty made an appearance in two episodes, portraying the character of Pete Plenty Clouds, the sheepherder. Fans were anticipating a more substantial part for him in the subsequent season.
In the initial episode of the fresh season, Jeremy Gauna from American Primeval takes on the role that was previously portrayed.
Last year, the deceased actor, who happened to be the relative of Yellowstone’s Moses Brings Plenty, vanished soon after being identified by the Lawrence Kansas Police Department as a person of interest in a domestic violence case.
The police report stated later that his body was discovered near a secluded forest, adjacent to an abandoned car. The reason for his demise remained undisclosed.
During this particularly challenging period, we kindly request privacy as we navigate our sorrow and work through our next steps. This is a statement made by his father, Joseph Brings Plenty Sr, at the moment.
“Please know we appreciate you and appreciate your understanding.”
Apart from his work on 1923, Brings Plenty also appeared in four episodes of Into the Wild Frontier and a single episode of The Tall Tales of Jim Bridger.
