In the role-playing game Avowed, once players finish the primary missions at Dawnshore, they’ll venture into the ominous Emerald Stair area. Here, they’ll encounter fresh faces, including a formidable mage named Yatzli. Yatzli tasks the players with finding a Godless Vase hidden in a nearby tower ruins, thus initiating the Scofflaw’s Vase side quest. This mission requires you to ascend the neighboring tower and secure the Vase for Yatzli.
Where to Find the Godless Vase for Yatzli in Avowed
In the game Avowed, players will encounter Yatzli immediately upon entering the Emerald Stair region, which is situated near the Clifftop Sinkhole ruins. Because of her diminutive stature, she asks the Envoy for a ladder, but eventually requests that players retrieve the Godless Vase instead. This initiates the Scofflaw’s Vase side quest, where players must climb to the top of the tower near Yatzli and bring back the Godless Vase for her.
Here’s how to complete this quest.
Reaching the Top of the Clifftop Sinkhole Tower
Upon turning around from Yatzli, you’ll notice a corridor. This corridor is connected to a staircase within the Cliffside Sinkhole. Ascend the staircase up the tower where a band of Sporelings awaits, poised to attack. Given that this region hosts numerous adversaries, it would be wise to clear them out before continuing on your quest.
When several opponents are clustered closely, opt for using either explosive grenades that spread damage or electric spells that chain the harm across multiple adversaries simultaneously.
After dealing with all the adversaries, make your way towards the stairway’s left side that leads to some wooden structures. Proceed by ascending these wooden structures until you get to the main tower’s framework.
Taking the Godless Vase & Returning to Yatzli
When you climb to the peak of the central tower, you’ll notice a vase on the right side of a table. Pick up the vase, and don’t forget to check the chest located across from the vase for additional valuable items.
To swiftly make your way down the tower and reunite with Yatzli, glance towards the structure on your left. You’ll spot some wooden stages that lead you all the way to the base of the tower. Continue leaping down until you strike the staircase. Reunite with Yatzli, who is stationed near the fence, and hand over the Godless Vase to her. After exchanging a few words with Yatzli, the Scofflaw’s Vase Quest in Avowed will be officially completed.
From now on, adventurers are welcome to venture into the Emerald Stair region and discover new activities within it.
