5 EastEnders spoilers next week

1. Sharon Watts tries to protect a big secret

Sharon is shocked to discover that Bianca is aware of her hidden truth, prompting her to take charge and gather her courage to tell the truth instead.

However, events swiftly prevented Sharon from voicing her truth, and following an unsuccessful effort to confess, Sharon chose to share her hidden truth with Zack instead. What secret is Sharon concealing?

Shortly afterwards, Sharon becomes aware that an uninvited listener has been privy to their discussion – and Barney Mitchell (played by Lewis Bridgeman) confesses to eavesdropping to Zack.

Zack assures Sharon he will figure out a method to prevent Barney from disclosing everything, and later faces him at Harry’s barn.

But then Barney starts bleeding from the wound he sustained during The Vic explosion…

2. Zack Hudson learns he is Barney Mitchell’s biological father

Zack links up with anxious parents, Nicola (Laura Doddington) and Teddy Mitchell (Roland Manookian), at the hospital while Barney undergoes medical care.

However, discussing blood types leaves Zack feeling uneasy, prompting him to converse with a nurse. Subsequently, Zack inquires of Nicola whether he could possibly be Barney’s father.

Eventually, Nicola confesses that Zack indeed is Barney’s biological father. This revelation leaves Zack in a state of shock, as his already dismal day takes a turn for the worse following a phone call from his ex-partner, Whitney Dean, portrayed by Shona McGarty.

Later on, Nicola uses her strongest move against Sharon to safeguard Barney and Teddy from knowing the truth, and she feels content believing that she has the circumstances handled well.

Teddy and Nicola extend an invitation to Sharon and Zack for a family dinner at Walford East. However, there’s a question mark over whether Zack might remain quiet during the meal.

3. Bianca Jackson struggles to cope in the wake of tragic events

Bianca struggles to step out into the world, yet George Knight, played by Colin Salmon, comforts her, insisting that neither the incident at The Queen Vic nor the passing of Martin Fowler were incidents for which she should blame herself.

However, B finds herself feeling imprisoned and struggling to venture outside, but a visit from friend Kat Slater (portrayed by Jessie Wallace) encourages Bianca to share her experiences related to her past traumas.

The Knights later try to persuade Bianca to join them at Beale’s Eels, but she’s too overwhelmed.

Initially, Kat provides some guidance on her worries, but when B implements the proposed solutions, events don’t unfold as anticipated.

Dayo Koleosho, also known as Kojo Asare, makes his way towards Beale’s Eels with the intention of procuring some food for Bianca, whom he is assisting.

However, whenever trouble arises at Kojo, Peter Beale (Thomas Law) sounds the alert, prompting Bianca to conquer her apprehensions and support her friend by being present.

Will this bring back the old Bianca?

4. Tommy Moon loses his temper again after returning home

Kat and Alfie (played by Shane Richie) express great pride in Tommy, who is determined to assist a friend in distress. He shares that an acquaintance from the internet played a part in inspiring his concept for a support group.

Afterward, Alfie and Tommy organize a guys’ gathering for their friend who is having difficulties, and Tommy’s parents rejoice when they learn from social worker Lesley that he can return home.

As a devoted fan, I find myself reflecting on the heartfelt dialogue between Kat and Alfie, discussing potential hurdles when it comes to Tommy’s return. It’s an engaging exchange that leaves me eagerly anticipating their journey ahead.

On the next day, Tommy returns home, however, not too much time passes before he requests permission to get online to chat with his buddy.

Kat confesses that she disposed of Tommy’s computer console, but assures him she will compensate by buying him a replacement.

As Tommy gets re-acclimated, Kat finds herself grappling with her feelings, and when Alfie comes back from playing soccer with Tommy bearing an injury, Kat hastily forms assumptions.

A row later breaks out over the console, and Tommy loses his cool.

Will Tommy become violent again?

EastEnders is working with Family Based Solutions, PEGS and NSPCC on this hard-hitting storyline.

5. Harvey Monroe grows closer to Kathy Cotton as he feels like an outsider at the Slaters

The kind action that Harvey performed for Lilly Slater (Lillia Turner), following the loss of her adoptive father Martin, unfortunately had a significant negative outcome instead.

Consequently, Harvey finds himself in an argument at home, with Kathy Cotton (Gillian Taylforth) proving to be a source of strength for him during this difficult time.

As Harvey continues to feel frozen out by the Slaters, is it time for him to move on?
