He revealed during his stint as host on an episode from season one of “Pop Culture Jeopardy!”, stating that his wife, Scarlett, had inadvertently discarded her engagement ring, thinking it was trash.

The comedian continued, “I looked through 12 dumpsters of trash.”

But his efforts were of no avail, forcing him to return home empty-handed.

Later, I returned to the house where she admitted, ‘Whoops, it was in my pocket.’ With a witty remark, Colin added to the moment, making it an enjoyable day for him.

On this occasion, it wasn’t the first time that the 42-year-old made a humorous comment about his relationship with Scarlett, who, along with him, is a parent to their 3-year-old son named Cosmo. It’s worth noting that Scarlett, aged 40, is also the mother of her daughter Rose, who is 10 years old, from her previous marriage to Romain Dauriac.

During the traditional holiday joke exchange on Saturday Night Live in December, Colin left Scarlett speechless with his humor. Reading a script penned by his Weekend Update co-anchor Michael Che, he quipped, “The roast beef sandwich has been taken off Costco’s menu, but I’m not upset. Ever since my wife had the baby, I’ve been eating roast beef every evening.
