ITV period drama Grantchester is returning for a 10th season.
Regarding the renewal, Daisy Coulam, the writer and executive producer, stated: “The success of this show truly speaks volumes about our talented group – both cast and crew members.
I’m deeply appreciative and filled with pride as we reunite for our tenth season, looking forward to another fantastic summer here in Grantchester.
Executive producer Emma Kingsman-Lloyd expressed their pleasure with the audience response and shared that they are thrilled to continue sharing the adventures of Geordie and Alphy on screen. Meanwhile, ITV Drama and Comedy assistant commissioner Callum Dziedzic hinted at more enigmatic moments, mishaps, and romantic entanglements to come.

Grantchester season 10 release date speculation: When will it air?
Filming for the tenth season commenced in July of the previous year, indicating that fresh episodes should make their debut on ITV around early 2026.
