As a die-hard fan, I can’t contain my excitement as we’re down to just two episodes left in Invincible‘s third season! It seems like Mark Grayson is about to face the toughest battles yet in these final installments. In the latest episode’s post-credits scene, it looks like Angstrom Levy is gearing up for a return with an entire horde of alternate-reality Invincibles at his command!
However, there’s a bit of confusion among animation enthusiasts regarding some creative choices in the series, particularly one scene from the most recent episode. But with a fourth season already on the horizon, we can only hope that Invincible’s animation will improve moving forward, making our fan-favorite superhero’s adventures even more immersive and visually stunning!
In the sixth episode of Invincible‘s third season, it’s the scene where Mark’s brother, Oliver, that has left some fans displeased. Kid Omni-Man is grappling with his superpowers and the fact that his father, who was hated for the lives he took in the first season finale, is still reviled on Earth. As Omni-Man endeavors to find redemption and questions the loyalty he has towards the Viltrumite Empire, it will be a challenging journey for him to reach his objectives. Conversely, Oliver is making an effort to defeat “The Elephant,” but this fight left fans with images they weren’t particularly fond of.
Invincible’s Animation Isn’t So Invincible
Upon making his entrance to strike The Elephant, viewers of Invincible noticed that Kid Omni-Man’s animation seemed to have fault lines in its base. Given the series’ reputation for epic battles within the realm of animation, fans are hopeful that such problems won’t recur frequently moving forward. Of course, enthusiasts of the show were eager to voice their opinions about what they perceive as missteps in the series, as you can see in the comments below.

Invincible’s Not-So Invincible Life
Despite possessing powers comparable to Superman’s, Invincible continues to struggle with formidable foes that have been causing him trouble. In the most recent episode, the malevolent Powerplex seeks retribution due to his sister and niece perishing during Mark’s battle with his father in season one. This adversary, voiced by Aaron Paul, is markedly more tragic than many previous enemies faced by Invincible.
In the heat of his battle with Mark, Powerplex inadvertently ends the lives of his wife and son. This tragedy has intensified his desire for vengeance against our title character. However, Powerplex must bide his time as Levy’s new forces are poised to make their move. Readers of the original Image comic will know that this third season is heading towards a brutal climax in its last two episodes. The storyline also hints at another danger lurking beyond the malicious Invincible army, adding an extra layer of peril.
