Kenji Ozawa, who has experience working at Bandai Namco and Ouka Studio (NetEase Games), recently declared the formation of Studio Sasanqua, a fresh video game production company situated in the heart of Shibuya, Tokyo.
Studio Sasanqua primarily creates and distributes its own video games for both consoles and personal computers. Additionally, it collaborates with other companies in the development of their games too.
Ozawa explained that the name originates from a flower that blossoms during winter. He added that developing games is both fulfilling and difficult, but it’s also necessary due to them being products. His aim is to establish an environment where we can tackle both the rewarding and challenging aspects of game creation.
The company intends to leverage Ozawa’s expertise in Japanese and Chinese film production and direction by partnering with other firms to generate content collectively.
