According to their announcement, Rockstar Games plans to purchase the Australian video game studio known as Video Games Deluxe, and subsequently change its name to Rockstar Australia.

Noire – has collaborated with Rockstar Games in the past on the 2017 releases of L.A. Noire and L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files, as well as updates to Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition for iOS, Android, Netflix, and contemporary gaming consoles.
Jennifer Kolbe, head of publishing at Rockstar Games, expressed her enthusiasm in a statement following the announcement that Video Games Deluxe will be part of our team at Rockstar Australia after years of collaborative work.
