Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith are taking some time to celebrate the stars.

Approximately a month following the accusations made by the actress from “Queen and Slim” against her ex-husband regarding insufficient child support payments and his pursuit of sole custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Juno, both individuals were spotted at Vanity Fair’s 2025 Oscars after-party on March 2.

At the night’s celebrations after the 97th Academy Awards, Joshua, who was with Jodie from 2019 until 2023, sported a stylish burgundy velvet formal suit.

While Jodie donned a striking Vivienne Westwood dress, it was a beautiful white number adorned with flowing pleats at the waist and an eye-catching split down the left leg. To finish off her ensemble, she accessorized with a sparkling diamond and emerald choker and rings.

following Jodie’s court filing on February 3rd, it was revealed in documents obtained by TopMob News that she alleged that the former star of “Dawson’s Creek” has not paid any child or spousal support as per guidelines since their separation in 2023. Additionally, she mentioned that despite hiring two law firms initially to handle custody matters, he sought full legal custody of Juno.

Jodie shared that she made every possible effort to find a middle ground with Joshua, who’s 46 years old. However, despite her best attempts, it seemed like her efforts were not reciprocated or effective.

She went on to say, “It’s obvious now that Josh refuses to discuss fair temporary alimony and child support payouts for me. Consequently, I find myself compelled to ask the court for help and submit this very motion.

The individual who is 38 years old is requesting a monthly child support of $8,543, a monthly spousal support of $28,641, and an additional $250,000 to cover past expenses. A hearing regarding this matter has been scheduled for April 11th.

In her court filing, she stated that during our marriage, I took on the major responsibility of caring for Juno while Josh focused on his thriving acting career. Over the past three decades, Josh has been a successful actor, whereas I am younger and still building my own acting career. During this time, Josh typically earned more money than me, sometimes even substantially more.
