Pete Davidson’s Painful Tattoo Removal Journey

Pete Davidson is laser focused on the future.

At present, Pete is undergoing tattoo removal, a process he revealed to Page Six. Interestingly, he used to have approximately 200 tattoos on his body, but the project is progressing well and continues to move forward.

He told the outlet he is currently “working on the torso.”

Pete has discussed the difficult ordeal on multiple occasions and reiterated yet again that it’s truly awful.

He said, “They take away layers of your skin, and you need to go through this process about ten more times.” Laughing, he added, “If I were to advise an investment, it would be in the tattoo removal industry.

Although he finds it challenging to disregard the discomfort, he mentioned, “They actually make me fall asleep, and that’s quite pleasant. But if it’s only my arm, I attempt to tune into some music or converse with the nurse.

Recently, fans caught a peek at Pete’s advancements, as the actor showcased himself in an ad for the label Reformation recently, being designated as their “Official Partner” or “Representative” for the brand.

The photos show a tattoo-free chest, stomach and arms, with only miniscule markings remaining.

He expressed optimism that his body would soon be free from ink, acknowledging that this process might take a while. On Late Night with Seth Meyers on February 6, he mentioned, “By the time I turn 40, it will all disappear.

The motivation for his transformation, as mentioned earlier by the star of “The King of Staten Island”, was that his tattoos had been hindering him from achieving his aspirations in acting.

In 2021, he shared with Seth Meyers that he never imagined he would have a chance to act, but he truly enjoys it. He also mentioned that actors in films don’t seem to have tattoos as often.

Lately, Pete has been appearing in more roles, notably starring in the film “Riff Raff” alongside Bill Murray, Jennifer Coolidge, and Gabrielle Union, which hit theaters on February 28. Despite being a comedy, he expressed his desire to broaden his acting range in the future.

Pete shared with TopMob News during the NYC premiere on Feb. 26 that he is eager to delve deeper into more substantial projects. “It’s been quite enjoyable, and I must say I am truly relishing the experience,” he added.

However, Victoria clarified the situation. She stated on a 2022 episode of Today that these tattoos were quite old and not very intricate. “My husband has beautiful tattoos, and our children do too, created by amazing artists,” she added. “Mine were just a bit thick, bleeding slightly, and not looking very pretty.” Therefore, the tattoo removal was not an indication of any trouble in Victoria’s marriage to the soccer star, with whom she shares sons Brooklyn Beckham, Romeo Beckham, Cruz Beckham, and daughter Harper Beckham. Rather, she simply grew tired of the tattoo. In her words, “It seemed like the media speculated that I was leaving my husband? No, I was just a bit sick of the tattoo. It’s as simple as that.
