**Warning: Contains spoilers for The Apprentice 2025.**
In tonight’s installment of The Apprentice, it was Johnny Heaver who faced termination as Lord Sugar found himself compelled to let go of the tutoring firm owner due to a string of setbacks during the task.
Tonight, the candidates were transported to Turkey and assigned the challenge of organizing an exceptional corporate offsite event for two discerning clients, who demanded nothing less than top-notch quality.
One team traveled to Bodrum while another went to Cappadocia. However, it turned out that the team led by Chisola Chitambala had the smallest earnings, as their corporate client demanded a substantial return after their trip concluded.
Once again, it fell on the project manager to select two additional prospects, and in this instance, Chisola chose Frederick Afrifa and Jonny.
Ultimately, the chopping block came for the latter.

Jonny’s potential hires criticized him because he declined to assume the role of sub-team leader, which he felt was beyond his capabilities given his limited experience within the culinary field. This decision apparently resulted in his termination.
Lord Sugar commented, “Johnny, it seems there hasn’t been much progress from you over the past six weeks, and I’ve noticed a pattern of offering explanations rather than results.” He was referring to statements like, “‘It’s not my fault'” or “‘I don’t feel comfortable doing that because I lack experience in this area.’
If I were to take on the role of a kitchen sub-team leader, I’m aware that it wouldn’t work out well, given that my abilities are not primarily kitchen-oriented. Therefore, I am confident in my choice to decline this position.
Although Johnny expressed interest in the role of project manager, believing he’d excel at it, he still maintains his choice to decline the position of sub team leader.
Johnny explained, “What I picked ended up having unintended consequences, but looking back, I think any choice could have led to the same result. Therefore, I’m completely content with the decision I made, and I still feel that way today.
Now out of the competition and pushed evermore into the public eye, what’s next for Jonny?
As proprietor of Achiever Tutoring, Johnny takes pride in expanding his business, and he and his team are thrilled about the boosted visibility they’ve experienced since appearing on The Apprentice.
It’s amazing to me that I managed to get on ‘The Apprentice’, despite having a facial difference. My goal is to collaborate with charities, aiming to be a strong advocate for individuals who share this unique aspect of their appearance.
