YouTooz has introduced a fresh and unique piece to their collection of figures based on the hit series “The Boys,” now available on Prime Video. The latest addition to this line is the Translucent Vinyl Figure #13 from the YouTooz The Boys Collection, but there’s a twist – it appears to be an empty box! Yes, you read that correctly; YouTooz has released an empty box as a limited edition collectible, priced at $15 and only available in 500 pieces.
Clearly, this Translucent figurine plays cleverly with its invisible powers. Moreover, it’s common for people to purchase NFT collectibles as gifts, so why not an empty box? The Translucent figurine is available for pre-order at Entertainment Earth, with a projected delivery date of May 2025. The box is clearly marked with the character’s name and number 13, making it easy to comprehend the joke. Although an empty box may seem risky, it fits with YouTooz’s reputation for creating unusual products to differentiate themselves from Funko. Here are some of my favorite YouTooz figures:

Based on the product description, “Translucent” has apparently made an appearance at Youtooz. However, it seems he might not be physically present since the outside of his packaging shows an empty cage in a dilapidated room. To confirm if he’s inside, you would need to look within, where the interior is adorned with graffiti on white brick walls that extend onto the protective sleeve, bearing blood stains. Unfortunately, his figure remains invisible through the large clear window at the front of the packaging.
