Eiza González used to be a bit of a diva—at least, Big Bird seemed to think so.
At age five, the actress known as the “3 Body Problem” star started her journey in acting on the Mexican version of Sesame Street. However, after a brief time, she disclosed that she had been let go and unceremoniously dismissed from the PBS program’s set.
Eiza said to Brooke Shields during a recent episode of “The Kelly Clarkson Show” that she was on “Sesame Street” for just a moment, and it ended up being her first experience of getting fired in her lifetime.
It seems that Eiza’s lively and playful character during her youth might have been the reason for her departure from the children’s educational program.
As a lifestyle advisor, I’d say, “Growing up, I was quite the whirlwind of energy, always on the move. And, at times, I had a knack for stirring things up among those around me. Looking back, I guess you could say I was quite a handful.
In fact, the actress portraying a character from the “Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare” reminisced about persuading her fellow child actors to secretly enter the PBS office. That’s when things got hectic.
She explained that they had a full-scale model of the set, which we playfully interacted with, causing it to break. Unfortunately, it was I who was responsible for the damage, leading to my immediate dismissal from my initial position. It was none other than Big Bird who let me go.
Upon learning about Eiza’s actions, her family members started to doubt whether she would succeed in an acting career.
“My mom said, ‘You can’t do this for a living,’” the 35-year-old said. “’You are just so naughty.’”
However, even with the short-term obstacle, Eiza promptly demonstrated that determination always finds a solution.
“Surely, I found my way back into it,” she added, “somehow I wiggled my way in.”
Of course, Brooke could relate to Eiza’s experiences on set as a kid, going on to reminisce about her own first gig, the movie Holy Terror, which she made when she was 9 years old.
However, what she recalled most wasn’t her character being set ablaze on a Deacon’s bench within a church. Instead, it was the intricate makeup effects applied to her face as part of the preparations for her key scene.
Looking once in a shattered mirror, a 59-year-old reminisced, seemed to reveal an unsettling resemblance of a pizza on my face. It was intended solely for a morgue photograph, yet the sight made me weep.

In 1991, Jonathan Taylor Thomas gained popularity for his portrayal of the intelligent and charming middle child Randy Taylor on the show “Home Improvement”. During that decade, he also took on significant film roles. For example, he voiced young Simba in “The Lion King”, though it was another actor who provided the singing voice. He also worked alongside Brad Renfro in the 1995 movie “Tom and Huck” and with Devon Sawa in the 1997 film “Wild America”.
In 1998, he decided to step away from “Home Improvement” (and headed off to Costa Rica as Randy did), devoting himself more to education. However, he still pursued acting opportunities outside of school.
In the year 2004, he played a recurring character on the show “8 Simple Rules.” Then, in 2013, he reconnected with his TV father, Tim Allen, and directed (and even made an appearance in) several episodes of “Last Man Standing.
Though Justin Timberlake stepped back from the limelight to live his life, such as graduating from Columbia in 2010, it’s not necessary for him to be on camera to make a big impact: When paparazzi occasionally capture images of him, those sightings quickly become internet sensations.
At such a young age, Lipnicki has made quite a striking entrance in the film world. He held his own against Tom Cruise in terms of charm in the movie “Jerry Maguire” and even shared nearly as many iconic lines. Afterwards, he appeared in the “Stuart Little” films, voiced Baby Tiger in “Doctor Dolittle”, played The Little Vampire, and was Little Mike, but took a pause to enjoy a typical high school experience.
He’s currently involved in the entertainment industry as an adult, featuring in the 2023 Lifetime film titled “Secrets at the Museum”. Born in Los Angeles, he also holds a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. In May 2021, he stepped forward to offer extra security outside a central synagogue due to an increase in anti-Semitic graffiti and intimidation.
Back in 2017, Lipnicki took to Instagram to share his story of being bullied during his middle school years. He did this with the hope that by revealing his own experiences, he might provide a sense of solace to those going through similar situations.
Those children mercilessly teased him in the past, but apparently they later seemed to have forgotten their wrongdoings and attempted to connect with him on Facebook as friends. He remembered being told he was a washed-up failure who would never land another job, which caused him daily anxiety, fearing the next day’s embarrassment. However, he persevered and expressed his gratitude for the fulfilling life he has now, sharing optimistically that things do indeed improve.
Wilson starred in Mrs. Doubtfire at 6 and Matilda at 9 before putting acting on the back burner.
2016 saw the publication of Mara Wilson’s memoir titled “Where Am I Now?: Real-Life Tales of Growing Up and Stumbling into Fame,” where she also made appearances on “Broad City” and lent her voice to several animated series such as “BoJack Horseman,” “Big Hero 6: The Series,” and “Helluva Boss.
In a February 2021 op-Ed for the New York Times regarding the dangers of early fame for young women, Wilson reminisced about a time when someone she thought was a friend asked her with a broad grin, “What’s it like to realize you’ve reached your pinnacle?” Now, I wouldn’t know how to respond to that question, but I would answer differently today. I haven’t reached my peak because, for me, the story isn’t being dictated by someone else anymore. I am the one who gets to write it.
By the time I graced the small screen as Tommy Solomon on “3rd Rock From the Sun” at the tender age of 24, I had already amassed a wealth of acting experience under my belt. This show debuted in the magical year of 1996, which also marked my brief appearance as Demi Moore’s on-screen son in the gripping thriller “The Jury.
By the end of 1999, he had starred as a lovestruck character in “10 Things I Hate About You,” transitioned to a streetwise character in “Mysterious Skin” in 2004, and played a persistent teenage detective trying to solve the mystery of his ex-girlfriend’s disappearance in the 2005 noir drama “Brick.
Although he might look like a young adult, his career has spanned across decades and featured notable roles such as in “500 Days of Summer,” “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra,” “Inception,” “50/50,” “The Dark Knight Rises,” “Looper,” “Lincoln,” “Don Jon” (which he also wrote and directed), and “Snowden.” In 2020, Joseph Gordon-Levitt stepped into historical events as a prosecutor in “The Trial of the Chicago 7” and portrayed Uber co-founder Travis Kalanick in the series “Super Pumped.
He quietly married Tasha McCauley in 2014 and they share two children.
Due to her exceptionally mature performance in the 1994 film, The Professional, at the tender age of 12, Portman quickly gained a sense of seriousness and importance. Since then, she has consistently lived up to this reputation by starring in major blockbusters like Star Wars: Episodes I through III, the Thor series, and Avengers: Endgame; indie movies such as Beautiful Girls and Garden State; comedies like Mars Attacks! and Your Highness; intense dramas including Closer, Brothers, and apocalyptic thrillers such as V for Vendetta and Annihilation.
In 2010, she received the Best Actress Oscar for her role as a ballet dancer who is losing her sanity in the movie “Black Swan.” She was also nominated for portraying Jacqueline Kennedy after her husband’s death in the film “Jackie.” In 2015, she made her directorial debut with the film “A Tale of Love and Darkness,” which was based on Amos Oz’s autobiographical novel.
In 2012, she tied the knot with her ballet choreographer, Benjamin Millepied. Together, they have a son named Aleph and a daughter named Amalia.
Jones gained popularity as the character of Jon Cryer’s sad divorcé (and Charlie Sheen’s playboy songwriter nephew) on the successful sitcom ‘Two and a Half Men’ during the 00s. In 2012, a video emerged online where Jones criticized the show, labeling it as “filth.” The recording was taken from a 15-minute religious speech for Forerunner Chronicles, an Alabama-based Seventh-day Adventist ministry.
Later on, Jones expressed regret for appearing uninterested and disrespectful towards my coworkers, as well as failing to fully appreciate the remarkable chance that I’ve been given.
The actor soon left the series, but returned for the finale in 2015.
During his final season on the CBS sitcom, where he reportedly earned $350,000 per episode as a full-time cast member, Jones expressed to Houston TV station KHOU that the show often joked about serious issues in our society, which were real struggles for many people. He admitted to being a paid hypocrite because while he wasn’t comfortable with this, he was still participating in it.
Prior to earning an unattributed role in the 2023 series “Bookie” on IMDb, his last acting credit was the 2016 limited series “Louis C.K.’s Horace & Pete.
In 2016, Jones shared with People that his life was ordinary while he studied at the University of Colorado in Boulder. He also mentioned that after years of pessimistic thinking, he’s now enjoying himself and feeling content with his current situation. He no longer feels like each move he makes could set off a landmine, indicating a sense of relief and peace.
Discussing actors who might have been synonymous with one famous role throughout their careers, Daniel Radcliffe has impressively ventured beyond Harry Potter. He has taken on various roles outside the magical world, such as theatre performances like Equus and The Cripple of Inishmaan, or musicals like How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying; he’s portrayed Beat poet Allen Ginsberg in Kill Your Darlings and a flatulent corpse in Swiss Army Man; and on television as an opioid-addicted doctor in A Young Doctor’s Notebook.
Lately, he completed a four-season stint on “Miracle Workers,” took on the lead role in “Weird: The Al Yankovic Story” and reappeared on Broadway for “Merrily We Roll Along.
On a personal note, Radcliffe is dad to a son with longtime partner Erin Darke.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase it like this: I started my acting journey at just 6 years old on the spinoff of the iconic show, Andy Griffith Show, titled Mayberry R.F.D.. At an astonishingly young age of 14, I received my first Oscar nomination for portraying a vulnerable girl entangled in a sinister world controlled by a menacing pimp in the gritty film, Taxi Driver. It was this heart-wrenching character’s struggle that fueled the intense actions of the iconic character, Robert De Niro’s Travis Bickle. In a complete contrast, also in 1976, I starred in the original Freaky Friday, a film that marked a significant shift towards mainstream child stardom, making me a household name and distancing me from the darker tones of Taxi Driver.
After a brief hiatus, the diligent student enrolled at Yale University and subsequently resumed her ascent to success, eventually earning her first Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in the film “The Accused” (1988). Portraying a gang-rape victim who pursues justice against her assailants, she was unaware that she herself would face a trial of sorts. Following this, she made her debut as a feature film director with “Little Man Tate” in 1991 and went on to win another Oscar for Best Actress for her role as an ambitious FBI trainee in “The Silence of the Lambs” (1992).
Over the past few years, I’ve been absolutely thrilled to delve deeper into the world of directing, with my work gracing TV screens on acclaimed series like House of Cards, Black Mirror, and Orange Is the New Black. Yet, it was back in 2013 when I was bestowed with the prestigious Cecil B. DeMille Award for a lifetime of achievement at the Golden Globes – a moment that still brings tears to my eyes. In the cinema realm, some of my notable contributions in the 21st century encompass Panic Room, Inside Man, Elysium, Hotel Artemis, and The Mauritanian. The latter film, surprisingly, brought me another Golden Globe win for supporting actress in 2021 – a truly humbling experience.
Personally, I’ve been captivated by her life journey. In the real world, she is a mom to two wonderful sons, shared with her former partner Cydney Bernard. Fast forward to 2014, she tied the knot with the remarkable Alexandra Hedison, a talented photographer and director, making our shared fandom even more exciting!
It’s only fitting that seasoned child actress Jodie Foster acted as a mentor to Kristen Stewart when they starred together as mother and daughter in David Fincher’s 2002 thriller, “Panic Room”. Just like her mentor, Stewart has had a complex journey with fame, but on an entirely different scale due to landing the iconic, career-defining role of Bella Swan in the “Twilight” series at around age 16.
In an interview with Stellar magazine in 2019, Stewart expressed that Foster once believed he wouldn’t carry on acting. However, this assumption had nothing to do with his talent and everything to do with Foster’s modest character. Stewart further explained, “I adore my profession, but I can understand why she might have thought I wouldn’t continue acting as a youngster. I hold her in high regard.
Since wrapping up the five-movie Twilight series, the actress and Chanel ambassador has had no trouble securing roles. However, apart from reviving the Charlie’s Angels franchise in 2019, she has chosen to star in more introspective films such as The Clouds of Sils Maria, which earned her the first American actress to win a Cesar Award (the French equivalent of the Oscars), along with the unsettling drama Personal Shopper, the semi-biopics Seberg and Spencer.
Following the well-publicized breakup with Robert Pattinson, Stewart has mainly been in relationships with women. She has been engaged to Dylan Meyer since 2021.
Decades prior to his famous vanish-half-the-world act, the son of actor James Brolin kicked off his career by portraying the cool yet exasperated big brother Brandon Walsh (yes, Brandon Walsh) in the 1985 movie “The Goonies.
Brolin subsequently featured in numerous films such as “Flirting With Disaster,” “Mimic,” “No Country for Old Men” (which won Best Picture Oscar and marked a resurgence in his career), “American Gangster,” “W.” where he portrayed the 43rd President George W. Bush, “Milk” earning him an Oscar nomination for his role as Dan White, the San Francisco councilman who assassinated city official and gay rights activist Harvey Milk, “Jonah Hex,” “True Grit,” “Sicario,” “Deadpool 2,” and the blockbusters “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Endgame” in which he was digitally transformed as the villain Thanos. Additionally, he will appear in “Dune,” both parts one and two of the upcoming science fiction epic.
Josh Brolin has two kids from his first marriage to Alice Adair. After that, he was married to Diane Lane from 2004 until 2013. Currently, he’s married to Kathryn Boyd, whom he wed in 2016. Together, they have a daughter named Westlyn Reign Brolin (born in 2018) and another girl, Chapel Grace Brolin, who was born in December 2020.
At just 10 years old, she starred in her first movie, “Mermaids” and “The Addams Family” in 1990, where she acted alongside Cher, Winona Ryder, and Ricci as the witty Wednesday Addams. The following year saw another release with her performance.
1990s classics like Casper and Now and Then were some memorable moments, followed by a career for Ricci that was filled with intricate roles. Notable films include The Opposite of Sex, Buffalo ’66, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Sleepy Hollow, Prozac Nation, Pumpkin, and Monster, where she acted as the girlfriend of serial killer Aileen Wuornos (Charlize Theron, who won an Oscar for her part in this film).
For the past 30 years, Ricci’s activities have largely involved thrilling experiences. This could range from portraying a ’60s flight attendant in the brief-lived series Pan Am, to being shackled to a radiator in Black Snake Moan, or delving into intriguing real-life characters such as ax murderer Lizzie Borden in The Lizzie Borden Chronicles, author and literary inspiration Zelda Fitzgerald in Z: The Beginning of Everything.
Ricci is mom to son Freddie with ex-husband James Heerdegen.
In December of 2021, actress Yellowjackets gave birth to a daughter named Cleopatra, who is her husband Mark Hampton’s child. The couple had gotten married in October of the same year.
Macaulay Culkin solidified his legendary status at just 10 years old with a memorable scream in “Home Alone,” but he had been honing his craft since the age of 5, appearing in TV movies like “Uncle Buck” and “Jacob’s Ladder.” He took a nearly decade-long break after 1994’s “Ri¢hie Ri¢h,” but the musician and artist has returned to acting on occasion, mostly in smaller films that left a significant cultural impact, such as “Party Monster” and “Saved.
Following his appearances on Adult Swim’s “Robot Chicken” and portraying a coffee shop version of himself on “The Jim Gaffigan Show”, Macaulay Culkin is set to join the 10th season of “American Horror Story”, which is scheduled to air in 2021, provided that all pandemic safety measures are addressed.
The actor is currently betrothed to Brenda Song and together they have two sons: Dakota Song Culkin, named in honor of Culkin’s late older sister Dakota who passed away in a car accident in 2008, and another boy born in 2023 whose name remains undisclosed at this time but who made his public debut during his father’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony on December 1, 2023.
It appears that Dakota transitioned from portraying Ally McBeal’s 5-year-old self and Sean Penn’s 6-year-old daughter in “I Am Sam” to setting a path as the first female employee of the New York Police Department turned private detective in the period drama “The Alienist” seemingly overnight. However, this transition didn’t actually occur overnight; it was a series of roles and career advancements over time.
She’s been putting in an incredible amount of effort for over 20 years, delivering standout performances in films such as Uptown Girls, Man on Fire, Hide and Seek, War of the Worlds, Charlotte’s Web, The Secret Life of Bees, three Twilight movies, American Pastoral, and Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood. Notably, she portrayed real-life Charles Manson follower Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme in one of these films.
Apart from sharing the screen with her younger sibling Elle Fanning in the movie “The Nightingale”, she is also slated to headline an adaptation of Sylvia Plath’s renowned (and singular) novel, “The Bell Jar”. This novel, written by Plath, revolves around a young woman struggling with mental health issues during the 1950s.
She initially made her mark portraying the role of “Lucy 2 years” in the movie “I Am Sam“, a depiction of her younger sister Dakota’s character. However, this Fanning has since forged her unique path in acting and personal style, distinguishing herself significantly from her equally accomplished sibling.
Although she first gained recognition for playing the role of “Lucy 2 years” in the film “I Am Sam“, which was a portrayal of her younger sister Dakota’s character, this Fanning has since carved out her own niche in acting and personal style, setting herself apart from her also-acclaimed sibling.
From a die-hard fan’s perspective, I’ve been witness to her incredible journey, starting as the offspring of Hollywood’s elite in films like “Daddy Day Care,” “The Door in the Floor,” “Babel,” and “Reservation Road.” She even graced our screens on numerous episodes of the “CSI” series, “Criminal Minds,” “House,” “Law & Order: SVU,” and other shows that I’m pretty sure she wasn’t old enough to watch when she filmed them.
However, it was during her teen years and beyond that she truly captivated me. Her filmography expanded across various genres – from family-friendly movies like “We Bought a Zoo” and “Maleficent,” Young Adult tales such as “Super 8” and “Twixt,” prestigious dramas including “Trumbo” and “20th Century Women,” to the unsettling fantasies of “The Neon Demon” and “The Beguiled.” It’s been an absolute privilege to watch her grow and flourish on the silver screen.
During her journey, she’s portrayed Mary Shelley in a film titled after her character and Catherine the Great on the satirical series “The Great” on Hulu. Upcoming, she and Dakota will appear as sisters in the highly anticipated big-screen adaption of Kristin Hannah’s World War II novel, “The Nightingale”.
The actress and vocalist has seen more years pass since her breakthrough on Disney Channel’s “Lizzie McGuire,” effortlessly transitioning into wholesome roles like “Agent Cody Banks,” “Cheaper by the Dozen,” and “A Cinderella Story.
However, following a stretch where her role seemed less prominent, Duff has shone once more in “Younger”, portraying a character with depth that is not immediately apparent alongside Sutton Foster’s character who pretends to be a millennial on the critically acclaimed TV Land series. The show is set to air its seventh season soon. While a spin-off focusing on Duff’s “Younger” character Kelsey sounds intriguing, original fans are eagerly anticipating her reprisal of Lizzie in a planned reboot for Disney+. Regrettably, the revival of this cherished series has been postponed.
She has since starred in two seasons of How I Met Your Father.
Duff and former hockey player Mike Comrie, the father of their son Luca Comrie, split up in 2014 following nearly four years of marriage, which eventually led to a divorce. In 2018, they had a daughter named Banks Violet Koma, and tied the knot with songwriter Matthew Koma in 2019. Their family grew further in 2021 with the arrival of another baby girl, Mae James Koma.
The younger sibling of Kirk Cameron, who starred in “Growing Pains,” gained popularity as a trendsetter for 12-year-olds with her styled hair, portraying the studious eldest Tanner sister D.J. on “Full House” from 1987 to 1995.
She has appeared in numerous TV movies, some carrying powerful messages, like the 1996 production “No One Could Keep Silent,” which was based on a real incident involving a high school student who was brutally murdered by her 16-year-old boyfriend after enduring his abuse for months (still chilling).
In more current times, following a two-season stint as a co-host on the talk show “The View“, and being back with almost the entire Tanner family for five seasons of Netflix’s “Fuller House“, Candace has ascended to the throne of the Hallmark Channel’s Christmas programming and is also the leading actress in their Aurora Teagarden murder-mystery series, which is adapted from the books by Charlaine Harris.
In the year 2021, she commemorated a quarter-century of matrimony with her ex-NHL athlete, Valeri Bure, and together they have raised three kids.
Following an eight-season stint as middle sister Stephanie Tanner on ‘Full House’, Sweetin battled issues with substance abuse. She openly discussed this challenging phase of her life in her 2009 autobiography titled ‘unSweetined’.
From 2002 to 2016, three marriages contributed to the media buzz, as did her short-lived engagement with Justin Hodak. Hodak, who had numerous problems, violated a restraining order that was against him, leading to his imprisonment for over six years in 2019 on charges of illegal possession of a dangerous weapon and falsifying evidence.
Since 2008, the mother of daughters Zoie and Beatrix has been sober. She reappeared with the Tanner family for five seasons of Fuller House on Netflix, and she’s also starred in multiple Hallmark Channel films, such as 2019’s Christmas-themed Merry and Bright and the romantic comedy Just Swipe.
The character of Michelle Tanner, who evolved from a naive infant to a quick-witted six-year-old on the iconic ABC sitcom Full House, was portrayed by not just one actor but two. Following their success on the show, these identical twins leveraged their fame into a variety of big-screen and direct-to-video films, a production company, children’s clothing lines, books, and other merchandise, thus establishing an expansive Olsen business empire.
After 2004’s “New York Minute”, Mary-Kate carried on acting, becoming part of the cast for a season in “Weeds” and starring in “The Wackness” and “Beastly”. On the other hand, Ashley mostly stepped away from acting. Nowadays, they are both highly successful figures in the fashion world as co-founders of The Row, an award-winning brand by CFDA, and Elizabeth & James.
In a quiet and peaceful manner, Ashley became the mother of her first child with Louis Eisner, who she has been in a relationship with since 2017, in the year 2023. Mary-Kate tied the knot with Olivier Sarkozy back in 2015 but decided to file for divorce in 2020.
Or
Quietly and peacefully, Ashley gave birth to her first child with Louis Eisner, her partner since 2017, in the year 2023. Mary-Kate got married to Olivier Sarkozy in 2015, but she initiated divorce proceedings in 2020.
Prior to his movie stardom, the awards, the activism, and the luxurious yacht life, Leonardo DiCaprio was once a homeless teenager who lived with the Seaver family on “Growing Pains” in 1991. Despite his baby-faced appearance that made him look younger than his actual age (he was already 16 on the show and had been acting for years), DiCaprio received his first of six Oscar nominations for “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape.” He played several troubled characters in “A Boy’s Life,” “The Basketball Diaries,” “Marvin’s Room,” and, love-troubled at least, “Romeo + Juliet.
He still kinda looked like a kid in Titanic, but at 22 he had reached full-on heartthrob status.
For over a decade now, I’ve had the privilege to bring some remarkable characters to life on the silver screen. From the mind-bending world of dreams in Inception, to the extravagant lifestyle of Jordan Belfort in The Wolf of Wall Street, to sharing the spotlight with legends like Rick Dalton in Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood, I’ve embarked on a captivating cinematic journey. My performance as Hugh Glass in The Revenant earned me my first Best Actor Oscar, a moment I will always cherish. And most recently, I delved into the real-life mystery of the Osage Nation murders in Killers of the Flower Moon. Each role has been a unique and enriching experience, shaping my career as a lifestyle expert and storyteller.
Accio, adulthood!
After making a remarkable debut as Hermione Granger in eight Harry Potter movies, the English actress ventured into Young Adult films like The Perks of Being a Wallflower and The Bling Ring. She also shared screen time with Tom Hanks in The Circle, and has been using her influence as a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador to promote women’s empowerment and advocate for global gender equality.
Originally from New Mexico, the young actor struck gold on his initial attempt, receiving a Golden Globe nomination at just 15 for his first role as a melancholic boy who forms a connection with their household helper in the 1988 television movie “Clara’s Heart.” However, things could have easily taken a turn for the worse for the lead actor of the drama-comedy series “Doogie Howser, M.D.”, where he portrayed a 16-year-old prodigious doctor. Neil Patrick Harris humorously suggested that this happened when he delightfully parodied himself in the movie “Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle.
Despite a temporary lull in his career as he took time to recharge after his youthful excesses in Hollywood, he was actively involved in theater, appearing in three Broadway productions among other roles. Eventually, the perfect television opportunity came along in the form of Barney Stinson from How I Met Your Mother, for which he received four Emmy nominations. In 2010, he was nominated for three Emmys and won two: one for co-producing the 2009 Tonys and another for his guest appearance on Glee.
This versatile entertainer excels in acting, singing, dancing, and even magic! Over the years, he has hosted the Tonys four times (winning an Emmy for outstanding special class programming as a producer each time), and also won the Emmys twice, in 2014 for Best Actor in a Musical for his role in Hedwig and the Angry Inch, and once at the Oscars in 2015.
In 2010, Harris and his long-term companion David Burtka welcomed their twin children, Gideon and Harper, through surrogacy. The couple officially married in 2014.
At the tender age of 4, she was adorably captivating as Olivia on “The Cosby Show,” followed by roles in films like “The Little Rascals,” “Doctor Dolittle” and its sequel. In 2003, she starred in her own popular Disney Channel sitcom, “That’s So Raven.” During this time, she also made appearances on various other Disney productions such as “The Cheetah Girls,” “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody,” “Kim Possible,” and “Sonny With a Chance.”
Or more concisely:
At 4 years old, she stole the show as Olivia on “The Cosby Show” before moving to films like “The Little Rascals” and two “Doctor Dolittle” movies. In 2003, she starred in Disney’s hit sitcom “That’s So Raven,” and also appeared in various other Disney productions such as “The Cheetah Girls,” “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody,” “Kim Possible,” and “Sonny With a Chance.
Ever since my beloved show wrapped up in 2007, I’ve been hooked to Raven-Symoné’s small screen adventures! From “American Dad” and “Nashville” to “State of Georgia,” “The Jim Gaffigan Show,” and “Master of None,” not to mention her stint on “Drunk History,” she’s graced numerous shows with her presence. And if that wasn’t enough, she’s been a recurring star on “Black-ish” since 2015! On a personal note, she even spent three seasons as a co-host on “The View.” In a heartwarming twist, in June 2020, Raven-Symoné tied the knot with Miranda Maday. I can’t wait to see what exciting projects she takes on next!
