Let us hope that Jason Isaacs will always be around to appear on The White Lotus.
So far, the former Harry Potter star delivers an captivating portrayal of Timothy Ratliff – the head of the family who finds himself in a precarious situation as an illicit financial deal unravels, forcing him to rely on his wife’s Lorazepam for relief.
During the March 9 episode of the show, Jason’s character was under the influence of drugs and inadvertently left his robe open, exposing himself to children Lochlan (Sam Nivola), Saxon (Patrick Schwarzenegger), and Piper (Sarah Catherine Hook). However, it wasn’t Lucius Malfoy’s real wand that was exposed.
In an interview with TV Insider on March 13th, Sam clarified that it wasn’t his actual penis, and Sarah also affirmed this by stating it was a fake one (prosthesis).
While I shudder at the chilling scenes in the series where the characters confront their father’s dark secrets, I find myself reminiscing about the fun-filled day on set with Sam and Sarah, my beloved co-stars. That day remains a cherished memory for me.
Sarah shared that it was quite amusing, “He was absolutely thrilled about it. It seemed like he had a sense of accomplishment regarding the artificial limb.
To which Sam echoed, “He’s like, ‘It’s my fake d–k scene today!’”
In the third season of the HBO series, it’s not just Jason who has bared all on screen. Right from the start, in the premiere episode, Patrick also had a brief yet noticeable nude scene.
In his own words, that moment wasn’t something he prepared his family for in advance, which meant Arnold Schwarzenegger, Maria Shriver, and Chris Pratt – his parents and brother-in-law respectively – had to find out about it on their own.
Arnold and Maria, for their part, had differing reactions to the scene.
As Maria told TopMob News in February, “I just looked straight into his eyes. That’s all I know!”
Wow, isn’t it fascinating how things are repeating themselves?” wrote Arnold on Instagram after the show’s premiere event. “I could pretend to be shocked by the nude scene, but I guess the saying ‘the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree’ holds true in this case.
As for Chris’ reaction?
In March, the star of Guardians of the Galaxy made a joke to TopMob News, saying, “I can tell where my gaze landed – I’m not biologically related to him, I was checking out his physique, buddy.” However, he quickly clarified, “Yes, he is visually striking. He’s undoubtedly a physical marvel, but he’s also an exceptional actor because the character he portrays is starkly different from who he truly is.

In a change of pace, Lisa – who’s famously known as just that – transitioned from being a global sensation as part of K-pop group Blackpink (alongside Jisoo, Jennie and Rosé) to putting on the White Lotus staff uniform for her first role as Mook.
It appears that Lucius Malfoy, in a change of scenery, seems to have failed to catch the Hogwarts train and ended up at The White Lotus resort instead. To clarify: Although he sports a new look without his signature long blond hair, the actor from Harry Potter is making a comeback on our screens, this time assuming the role of Timothy Ratliff – a well-off businessman who’s holidaying with his wife and three children.
Apart from his earlier roles, Isaac has also popped up on television series such as “Robot Chicken”, “The Great” and “Sex Education”. Notably, he has been seen with his “White Lotus” co-star Aimee Lou Wood in these recent appearances.
Instead of shouting when you spot it, remember that Posey, who portrays Timothy’s wife Victoria Ratliff, might seem familiar. This could be due to her roles in films like “Superman Returns”, “Blade: Trinity”, “Scream 3” and “Dazed and Confused”. She has also appeared on television shows such as “Parks and Recreation”, “New Girl”, “Portlandia”, and “Search Party”.

Apart from recognizing her as Caroline Merteuil in the 2024 remake of “Cruel Intentions”, you might be familiar with her character Catherine Allday Davis from the Ryan Murphy cinematic universe, where she portrayed her in the series “Impeachment: American Crime Story” which revolves around the Bill Clinton-Monica Lewinsky scandal.
Nivola, currently in a relationship with Iris Apatow, daughter of Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann, joins the Ratliff family as the character Lochlan. Prior to his role in Thailand, he was seen in another series centered around a wealthy beach family: “The Perfect Couple”, where he portrayed Will Winbury, son of Greer and Tag Winbury played by Nicole Kidman and Liev Schreiber respectively. He even shared screen time with Meghann Fahy, known for her roles in “White Lotus” and “The Perfect Couple”. In season two of HBO’s “The White Lotus”, she played Daphne Sullivan before transitioning to Merritt Monaco on “The Perfect Couple”.
Apart from his roles, Nivola has appeared alongside Adam Driver in the film “White Noise,” worked with Bradley Cooper on “Maestro,” and collaborated with Anne Hathaway in “With/In.
Without a doubt, fans of “White Lotus” will recall Rothwell from the first season, where she portrayed spa guru Belinda in Maui. Not only is she returning for season three, but this talented actress has also appeared on screens in shows like “Insecure”, “Wonka”, “A Year and Change”, and “Love, Simon”. Additionally, she showcased her comedic skills as a writer for “Saturday Night Live” from 2014 to 2015.
The actress who played Iron Man is now gathering to take on the role of Kate in The White Lotus, following her portrayal of Christine Everhart in the Marvel series. Lately, she has been seen in Palm Royale as Dinah Donahue and in Jupiter’s Legacy as Grace Kennedy-Sampson.
The actress famed during the Gilded Age, who might also be recognized from shows such as “The Sinner”, “Fargo”, and “The Leftovers”, assumes the character of Laurie this season. She teams up with friends Kate and Jaclyn for a ladies’ vacation in Thailand.
In her role as Jaclyn on The White Lotus, she is indeed a TV personality, but off-screen she has also made a name for herself with roles in shows like True Detective, Bad Monkey, Messiah, and The Path. On the silver screen, she’s graced the big screen as Julia in Mission: Impossible – Fallout and Angie Genaro in Gone Baby Gone.
It will give you peace of mind to realize that it isn’t just your imagination—you’ve indeed seen Goggins before. Apart from featuring in two movies directed by Quentin Tarantino (as Billy Crash in “Django Unchained” and Sheriff Chris Mannix in “The Hateful Eight”), he also played Boyd Crowder on the TV show “Justified” from 2010 to 2015.
In the third season, a free-spirited character named Chelsea, played by an English actress, will become part of the cast. She’s involved in an age-gap relationship with Rick Hatchett, portrayed by Goggins. However, she is most recognized for her role as Aimee Gibbs on Netflix’s Sex Education, and she has also appeared in shows like Seize Them! and Daddy Issues.
Over the past five decades, her acting career can be traced back to her debut role as ‘Grounded God’ in 1975. More recently, she played Prani Chiraanan on the series ‘In Family We Trust’ in 2018.
