The animated series “Disney’s Twisted-Wonderland” is set to premiere in Japan this Fall, focusing on adapting different arcs from the manga adaptations of the mobile game. The first season will start with the “Episode of Heartslabyul” arc. To mark the upcoming anime, a special new poster has been released, featuring the mysterious trio at the heart of the debut arc, which you can see below.
What to Know for Disney’s Twisted-Wonderland Anime
The Disney animated series “Twisted-Wonderland” is set to premiere sometime in October 2025 in Japan, though a specific release date has not yet been confirmed. It will initially stream exclusively on Disney+ in Japan, and it’s likely that it will eventually become available on Hulu in the United States as well. This upcoming anime has generated a lot of excitement due to the recent announcement that three seasons have already been planned. The first season will adapt the “Episode of Heartslabyul” arc, and the other two arcs have also been revealed.

Currently announced members of the cast include the likes of Natsuki Hanae as Riddle Rosehearts, Seiichiro Yamashita as Ace Trappola, Chiaki Kobayashi as Deuce Space, Ryota Suzuki as Trey Clover, Tatsuyuki Kobyashi as Cater Diamond, Mitsuru Miyamoto as Dire Crowley, and Noriaki Sugiyama as Grim. Disney has been increasing their investments in both anime licensing and production in the last few years, but this has to be one of their biggest endeavors in that vein yet.
