Sean Lowe is surrounded by family love.
Catherine Giudici expressed words of encouragement for her spouse, whom she encountered during season 17 of ‘The Bachelor’ in 2012, following a distressing incident where their pet dog assaulted him, on the day after the announcement was made public.
A mom of three children – two boys (Samuel, aged 7, and Isaiah, aged 6) and a girl (Mia, aged 5), who is also the ex-Bachelor, recently uploaded an Instagram picture showing her husband tenderly kissing their youngest child while extending their arms to each other. The image posted on March 18 clearly shows bandages and stitches (presumably from an attack) on Sean’s arm.
Catherine captioned the picture, “We love this man so much.”
The news arrives a day following when the pair disclosed their heart-stopping account concerning their newly-adopted boxer dog named Moose, who they welcomed into their family merely three months prior.
As I share this video on Instagram today, March 17, I, Sean, find myself compelled to speak from the heart. This past weekend, our family experienced something incredibly challenging and emotional. We’ve been left reeling, trying to pick up the pieces. It’s a difficult time for us, but we stand together.
As a devoted follower, I’d like to share an incident that occurred when I was enjoying a barbecue with friends at my house, co-founded by Sean and Catherine Lowe. Suddenly, the smoke alarm started blaring due to smoke wafting in through an open door. Trying to clear the smoke, I picked up a dish towel, but my dog, Moose, decided to join in. He began to nibble on the towel, something he rarely does, as I noticed – a behavior quite unusual for him and causing me to be careful with my fingers.
Afterward, the dog began tearing into his shoes with great ferocity, creating numerous punctures or tears in them. At roughly that moment, as Sean remembered it, Moose underwent a significant change and transformed into a ruthless beast.
He clarified that he doesn’t imply a dog fleeing in fear or defensiveness like many do; rather, he experienced a dog attacking him aggressively. It was as if the dog was tearing into his arm. At this point, he was frantically trying to ward off the dog in every way possible.
By the time they managed to get Moose into the backyard, Sean had already sustained significant injuries, with quite a bit of blood loss.
He remembered, “All I could see was blood spurting.” He’s grateful his friends were present since they quickly took him to the emergency room.
After getting multiple stitches in about five to six spots on his arm, the ex-reality TV personality went back home, only to be attacked once more as he was preparing his kids for a sleepover at their grandparents’ place, during the ongoing conflict with Moose.
Sean shared, “We’re putting the children in the car, and I noticed Moose dashing out the front door. He charged straight towards me and attacked again, tearing open my arm. Right now, I’m struggling to survive because it seems like if this dog gets up, he might kill me.
I exerted all my strength to manage that dog, being 220 pounds myself,” he continued. “Had it been someone else, the dog might have harmed my kids or spouse, but I managed to restrain him for a good 10 minutes until the police arrived.
Regardless of needing additional stitches due to the incident, Sean made it clear that he does not hold Moose responsible for what happened, as they are collaborating on finding the best possible living arrangement at a no-kill shelter.
Sean explained that Moose, who was originally very loving and affectionate as a Boxer, had gone through significant trauma prior to their care and also had some neurological issues. He added that it seemed like a particular smoke alarm triggered a change in Moose’s behavior.

In a heartwarming moment during the November 2024 finale of “The Golden Bachelorette,” Joan shared that their relationship serves as an inspiration, proving that hope exists even at any age. In the season finale of “The Bachelorette” (season 21), it seemed like former contestant Jenn Tran, aged 26, might find her lasting happiness with her final choice, Devin Strader. However, during a post-finale interview in September on “After the Final Rose,” Jenn confessed that Devin, also 28, abruptly ended their relationship after filming concluded.
During the September 3rd episode, Jenn explained to host Jesse Palmer that after he declared passionate feelings of love, the very next day he appeared indifferent and denied ever being in love. She added that all the assurances he had given her, and all the affection he had expressed towards her, seemed to have vanished.
The narrative unfolded further as Devin posted a 13-minute video on Instagram, not only accepting responsibility but also explaining his reasons for terminating the relationship during a 15-minute conversation over the phone.
Instead of saying Jenn accused him of ending their relationship over the phone in August, it could be rephrased as follows: Jenn claimed that he ended their connection via phone call in August, but he countered by stating that Jenn asked for reasons during his attempt to personally convey the breakup news instead.
He said, “I wasn’t quite sure about what other options I had left,” explaining that he had been holding off on telling her face-to-face. In essence, she made the situation such that I had no choice but to act.
After that event, Jenn sauntered towards “Dancing With the Stars” and potentially into the affections of her dance partner Sasha Farber. They have been fueling romance speculations since their elimination on October 29th.

Back in November 2022, Greg Grippo – who was among Katie Thurston’s suitors on The Bachelorette the previous year – appeared alongside Victoria Fuller on the season finale of Bachelor in Paradise. During their time there, they disclosed that they were in a relationship. However, in April 2024, he admitted that their relationship had ended.
Before Victoria Fuller and Greg Grippo officially confirmed their relationship during the finale of Bachelor in Paradise’s 8th season, she had previously broken off her engagement with fellow cast member Johnny DePhillipo.
Status: Divorced
In November 2023, Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist got engaged at the end of the first season of “Golden Bachelor”, and they officially married in a live television wedding ceremony in January 2024.
However, three months after their nuptials, the couple announced that they were breaking up.
In my recent joint interview with Theresa on Good Morning America in April 2024, I shared that we, as a couple, have spent considerable time reflecting and discussing our relationship. We’ve delved deep into the aspects of our life together, including our living situation among other things. After careful consideration, Theresa and I have reached a mutual agreement that it seems appropriate to move forward separately, which means dissolving our marriage.
They reached a divorce settlement in June 2024, according to court records reviewed by TopMob News.
Status: Set to Marry
After proposing to one out of 32 potential partners, tennis player Joey Graziadei found his ideal mate in project manager Kelsey Anderson. “I can’t hold back any longer; I want to tell you that I love you,” Joey confessed to his chosen one during the finale of his season in March 2024. “There is something about you. Your energy is contagious, making me smile. It’s a sensation I’ve never experienced before.”
Pictureting his forever with the lady from Louisiana, he added, “I had always imagined having a wonderful life, but I didn’t realize just how wonderful it could be until I met you.
Status: Separated
Though underwater welder John Henry Spurlock (one of Charity Lawson’s suitors) and nurse Kat Izzo (who competed for Zach Shallcross’ heart) didn’t connect until halfway through season nine of “Bachelor in Paradise”, they were ready to take the plunge. “I’m going to attempt something a bit unusual,” he said as he presented an Ascher cut Neil Lane diamond. “Today, I’m following my heart. My heart tells me that you are incredible, you are everything I’ve been searching for.”
However, a few days after the season finale aired, the couple announced they no longer saw a future together. “Although our paths are diverging because of our career goals not being compatible,” they wrote in a joint Instagram post, “we are thankful for the love and support we’ve received from our families, friends, and Bachelor Nation.
In the end, things didn’t work out between Eliza Isichei (one of Clayton Echard’s former partners) and Aaron Bryant, who proposed in an idyllic setting. Despite her initial apprehension about their engagement, she happily agreed. Touched by Aaron’s thoughtful gesture of seeking her mother’s blessing, she expressed, “I didn’t know what I was going to say next.”
Following their return from Mexico, they encountered some difficulties and eventually announced their split on social media in December 2023. Eliza shared on Instagram, “It’s been a challenging journey to watch it all play out. We’re handling our amicable separation with nothing but positivity and mutual respect for each other.
As a devoted follower of events unfolding,
As a postpartum nurse, I followed the love story between Kylee Russell and Aven Jones closely. Although it seemed that he had been ready to propose during his time on ‘The Bachelorette,’ Rachel Recchia, he hesitated in their relationship. However, after much thought, Kylee chose to accept Aven’s proposal from ‘Bachelor in Paradise,’ deciding to take a chance and make the relationship work.
Alas, two days following their finale in December 2023, she disclosed on her Instagram Stories that their bond had fallen apart due to repeated infidelities. Aven later issued an apology to Kylee, admitting his mistakes and the pain he had caused her. He wrote, “I have made serious errors in our relationship and hurt someone I held dear.
Charity Lawson playfully expressed her satisfaction with the current season to TopMob News, a sentiment that didn’t fully capture the grandeur of her upcoming August 2023 finale. In a heartfelt declaration, integrative medicine specialist Dotun Olubeko declared their love as “perfect,” asking the child and family therapist, “Will you agree to make this fairy tale come true by becoming my wife?”
Though they are yet to set a wedding date—possibly 2025 or 2026—Charity has an exciting engagement gift awaiting. Before their wedding, she will step onto the dance floor as a contestant on ‘Dancing With the Stars.’ Overjoyed by this opportunity, Dotun told Charity during ‘The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose,’ “You love to dance and have fun, and we’ve talked about how fantastic this chance would be. I am thrilled to announce that you will be a part of ‘Dancing With the Stars’! Let’s do this!
Zach is set to have his fairytale ending.
Despite some bumps along the way during Fantasy Suite encounters, Zach Shallcross concluded season 27 in March 2023 on bended knee. “I am deeply in love with you,” he confessed to travel nurse Kaity Biggar. “You are my universe. The affection I have for you surpasses anything I could have ever imagined.”
In July 2023, the Texas-based pair took a significant stride in their relationship, as Kaity posted on Instagram, “Now officially cohabiting.” They’re currently working on setting their October 2025 wedding date.
Their relationship status: Separated
Indeed, Danielle Maltby and Michael Allio, both contestants from different seasons, appeared to be destined for a successful romantic journey within Bachelor Nation. Danielle, who tragically lost her fiancé to drug overdose prior to competing on Nick Viall’s season, and single father Michael, sharing 7-year-old son James with his late wife, seemed set for couple goals.
However, a year after Danielle moved from Nashville to Ohio to be with Michael, he confirmed that they had parted ways. “We both invested a lot into this relationship, and it’s heartbreaking when things don’t work out,” Allio shared during a September 2023 episode of Jason Tartick’s Trading Secrets podcast. “When relationships don’t succeed, when you realize that love is there but compatibility might not be, you grieve the loss—not only of the person and the friend in your life, but also the future you had envisioned together.
Brandon Jones declared his eternal love for Serene Russell during their appearance on season seven of Paradise. Unfortunately, just five months after their engagement, they announced their separation in a joint Instagram post in May 2023. They had struggled to maintain their relationship amid the public eye and asked for understanding as they were experiencing pain and love for each other.
Status: The relationship between pilot Rachel and general contractor Tino Franco encountered difficulties. During their 2022 season, Tino kissed another woman, which caused a halt in his engagement with Rachel. He expressed regret on “The Viall Files,” stating, “I do not stand by my actions at all. It was not right, it wasn’t fair to Rachel, and it continues to haunt me daily. It’s something I’m ashamed of and if I could do it differently a million times over, I would.
The situation: It’s clear that things didn’t work out as planned…
Susie Evans, in the 2022 finale, turned down Bachelor Clayton Echard‘s advances. However, they reconnected off-camera, only to part ways again six months later.
But Susie, a videographer based in L.A., believes their separation was necessary. In a November 2022 blog post titled “Susie Was Like,” she explained, “I could sense that my radiance had faded and I wasn’t flourishing.” She admitted they shared many happy moments, but deep down, she was wrestling with internal struggles and felt out of sync with her best self.
After dating Justin Glaze, a contestant from Bachelor Nation, Susie later revealed that their relationship ended in August 2024.
Current State: Parted Ways
Teacher Michelle from Minnesota accepted a Neil Lane sparkler and a $200,000 check from Texas executive Nayte Olukoya (producer) for home expenses after their reality show season finale in December 2021. However, the couple did not have a compatible relationship and announced their separation six months later.
Though he mentioned on The Viall Files that there were numerous ups and downs, many disagreements, and fights, with a lack of understanding each other, Nayte admitted that not having an in-person split conversation was “unfair.”
Michelle began dating Jack Leius in 2023, and they announced their engagement the following year.
The pair from BIP season seven, Maurissa Gunn and Riley Christian, shared a vision of peaceful Sundays with the audience. However, their time together was limited to just a few weekends. In a joint statement issued in January 2022, their coordinator Maurissa (who had a relationship with Peter Weber) and attorney Riley (one of Tayshia Adams’ suitors) declared that they have chosen to part ways. They never anticipated this situation, but they found themselves at a point where they both need to focus on personal growth.
Status: Split
The initial same-sex couple from Bachelor Nation became engaged during the sixth season of “Bachelor in Paradise”, but they revealed their separation on October 31, 2019.
Throughout our relationship, love and concern for each other have been our top priorities. What’s most important to us is making decisions that benefit us. After much thought and with deep affection for one another, we’ve decided it’s best for us to take a break from our relationship. Our ultimate goal is what’s best for us in the long term, and currently, that means growing separately.
As a die-hard fan, I can hardly contain my excitement! Though Noah Erb and Abigail Heringer parted ways during the seventh season of The Bachelorette in Mexico, they’ve discovered that their love is far from lost – it’s eternal. After setting roots in San Diego initially, this extraordinary couple has recently invested in a home in Tulsa, Noah’s hometown.
Abigail gleefully announced on Instagram in July 2023, “Getting ready to embark on our very own Chip and Joanna Gaines era because my love bought his first house!!!” She added, “Can’t wait to start this new chapter and make countless memories here!”. With a touch of romance, Noah popped the question at a stunning beachfront home in San Diego in August 2023, just before their relocation. Now, they’re planning their dream wedding, ready to write the next beautiful chapter in their love story.
In a bit of pre-wedding rehearsal, Serena Pitt (a finalist on Matt James’ season) and Joe Amabile (the Chicago grocery store owner whose fame skyrocketed after Becca Kufrin sent him home on the first night in 2018), decided to take their vows a year early at City Hall, close to their New York City residence. This was approximately one year after they left Paradise engaged. Serena, now co-hosting the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast with her husband, posted a video on October 2022 with the caption, “JUST MARRIED!!”. They’re still planning a wedding in September, but who wouldn’t want to get married twice?
Kenny Braasch, a boy band manager, expressed his deep affection for Mari Pepin by saying, “Mari, I am absolutely crazy about you,” as he placed a Neil Lane diamond ring on her finger during the finale of Paradise in 2021. “I can’t imagine my life without you,” he added. Consequently, the Maryland beauty queen, who initially caught Bachelor Matt’s attention, moved to Chicago, where Kenny is from, and started planning their future together. Before they tied the knot at a small oceanfront ceremony in Puerto Rico in November 2023, they made their love official by getting matching tattoos during a trip to the Bahamas in May 2023.
Status: Married
As a lifestyle advisor, I’m delighted to share an inspiring love story that unfolded on the hit reality TV show, ‘Bachelor in Paradise’. Former Bachelorette Becca and Thomas Jacobs, a captivating suitor from Katie Thurston’s season, found their connection blossoming on the seventh season in 2021. However, their journey wasn’t straightforward; they parted ways during the show, only to reconnect once filming concluded.
In May of 2022, they made headlines by announcing their engagement, a milestone achieved when Becca popped the question. She expressed her hope that others could find courage in their story, stating, “It’s okay to bend the rules.” True to her words, Thomas reciprocated the sentiment in October of the same year.
Fast forward to September 2023, the couple welcomed their first child, a beautiful boy named Benson, whom Becca described on Instagram as a source of “overwhelming love and awe”. Just weeks after introducing Benson to their home, the loving pair tied the knot in a spontaneous ceremony on October 13th.
Their love story serves as a reminder that sometimes, the most extraordinary moments can come from the most unexpected places. Becca’s words echo beautifully, “No amount of words can capture the love we have for this tiny man.” And indeed, their bond with Benson and each other seems unparalleled.
Status: Split
As a lifestyle aficionado, I’d say that in the captivating season finale of ‘The Bachelorette’ (season 17) back in 2021, I was thrilled to see Katie accepting Blake Moynes’ heartfelt proposal. Their journey to love reached its peak during their memorable overnight date, which included a paintball adventure, a relaxing cowboy tub soak, and a profound conversation under the starlit sky.
Bending down on a knee, Blake expressed to Katie, “You’re worthy of the whole world, and I’m thrilled to stand by your side and be there for you each day from hereon.
Three months following the broadcast of their proposal, the couple disclosed their separation. In identical statements, they expressed, “We are deeply thankful for the precious moments we experienced together and the entire experience that has unfolded over this past year. However, we have determined that we are not suitable as life partners, and it is the kindest decision for us both to advance separately.”
Now, she is betrothed to comedian Jeff Arcuri.
Current Status: Separated
Since Matt and graphic designer Rachael Kirkconnell parted ways in 2021 after briefly splitting and then reconciling, they have faced numerous breakup rumors.
“I believe everyone should take a break from social media,” Matt told TopMob News at a July 18 Baskin-Robbins event. “Our lives are so often displayed on our phones that when someone stops being constantly online, people think it’s the end of the world.”
Despite this, Matt stated in May 2022 that marriage was still their ultimate goal.
“I believe the positive aspect of our relationship is that we move at our own pace,” Matt said. “And you’ve seen with other couples—they rush into engagements and are no longer together. So, I think we have a successful formula and will eventually reach our goal.”
However, less than three years later, Matt confirmed that he and Rachael had separated.
“Father God, give Rachael and me strength to heal our broken hearts,” the reality star wrote on Instagram Jan. 16, 2025 alongside a throwback photo of them on The Bachelor. “Grant us peace about this decision to end our relationship that surpasses human understanding. Send kindness and love to comfort our friends and family. And remind us that our happiness comes from you, Lord.

Following her entry to replace Clare Crawley in the 2020 edition of The Bachelorette, Tayshia found herself smitten with Zac Clark. Despite departing her season as an engaged couple, Tayshia shared later on that their relationship had its highs and lows.
She expressed that maintaining a new relationship while being absent for a couple of weeks can be challenging, and she was being truthful about her feelings, as stated on the “The Ben and Ashley I. Almost Famous” podcast in August 2021.
Subsequently, she stated, “It seemed as though we needed to recall the reasons for our companionship, and I believe that’s perfectly natural.” However, TopMob News reported in November 2021 that they had parted ways.
Status: Split
During season 16 of “The Bachelorette,” it was clear that Clare became deeply smitten with Dale Moss. By the fourth episode, their relationship had progressed to an engagement. However, further surprises were in store. Weeks after Tayshia took over as the bachelorette and also received an engagement, Dale announced via social media that his romantic story with the hairstylist had ended.
Months after fueling reconciliation speculation, I found myself once more intrigued by my favorite duo, as they were spotted reuniting. Fast forward to July 2021, following numerous heartfelt meetings, Clare and Dale were back stronger than ever – complete with a shining ring on her finger. However, their rekindled romance didn’t last long, as they decided to part ways again in September. Today, I am overjoyed to share that Clare is married blissfully to Ryan Dawkins and they are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first daughter together.
Status: Split
Following a short engagement with Hannah Ann Sluss and later separation from Madison Prewett, fans were optimistic that things would work out for Peter in his third attempt at love. Unfortunately, it seemed that the connection between him and season 24’s Kelley Flanagan was not destined to last, as Peter announced on New Year’s Eve 2020 that their nine-month relationship had ended.
In a nutshell, Pete shared on Instagram that although our bond held many cherished moments, unfortunately, it didn’t last, but he maintains a deep affection for Kelley.
They made another attempt to fly again in the year 2022, but they announced back in May that their relationship had come to an end.
Status: Split
After an emotional ending in 2020, the pair shared on Instagram they would no longer be working on their relationship. “Madi and I have decided by mutual agreement not to continue our romantic journey,” wrote Peter. “This was a difficult decision for both of us, but after many open conversations, we’ve concluded that this is what seems best for us. The affection and regard I hold for Madi will remain unchanged.
In her statement, Madi expressed that she would forever cherish and hold in high regard the person mentioned. She is certain that their lives intersecting was destined, and they have both grown for the better as a result.
Status: Split
During season 24 of ‘The Bachelor’, Peter and Hannah Ann had a short-lived engagement. Regrettably, a month into their exclusive relationship, during the finale’s second part, it became clear that they were facing challenges. More specifically, Hannah Ann was taken aback when she learned about Peter’s remaining feelings for Madison.
She stated, “All along, all I truly desired was for someone to offer their entire affection as I was offering mine to them. And yet, you ended my first engagement.” She conveyed this before returning the ring. “You took that from me. That’s because I trusted you, and that’s what I’ve always asked of you – ‘Be patient with me. Have faith in me.’
As a devoted admirer following their journey, I can say they’ve traveled quite a distance from their #vanlife days. Although Dean Unglert and Caelynn Miller-Keyes, who were finalists on Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay’s season and romanced Colton Underwood, parted ways during Paradise season six in 2019, they’ve been inseparable since then.
Fast forward to 2022, these two lovebirds took the next big step and got engaged. The enchanting beauty queen exchanged vows with her Help! We Suck at Being Newlyweds podcast cohost at a whimsical camp-themed wedding in the Colorado mountains on September 23rd. Caelynn shared her joyous feelings with TopMob News before the ceremony, expressing, “I simply adore him so much. I’m just so thrilled to be marrying someone who is such an exceptional individual, who can make me laugh every day, even on my not-so-good days. I believe our life together will be incredibly fun.
