On Thursday, gaming company Ubisoft revealed they’re establishing a new game-focused subsidiary in collaboration with Chinese tech behemoth Tencent. This joint venture will serve as a home to Ubisoft’s prized video game series, such as Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, and Rainbow Six , in addition to certain development studios.
