On March 18, a Mexican actor made his way into the city of the United Arab Emirates following some time spent in the Philippines. Doctors found that Masalva, who posted photos of his Philippines trip on Instagram on March 14, had acquired a bacterial infection. The following day, the infection spread to his lungs, causing him to be placed into a medically induced coma, according to the newspaper’s report.
