It’s that time of the week again – the latest Fortnite update is here, bringing us patch v34.30!

This week, Sabrina Carpenter certainly shines brightest, yet there’s an abundance of fresh material waiting for exploration.

So, if you’re wondering what’s changing in this week’s patch, read on to find out!

What changes in the Fortnite update today (8th April)?

To begin, we have the commencement of Fortnite Festival Season 8, and as a special treat, pop sensation Sabrina Carpenter has been introduced as the latest Icon.

The singer of Espresso is set to get two fresh ensembles, a collection of themed goods, and three brand-new Jam Tracks titled Juno, Nonsense, and Please Please Please.

However, if rumors are true, it appears there’ll be more than one significant collaboration this week, potentially including popular animated series Adventure Time. Yet, it’s important to note that this partnership hasn’t been made official just yet.

Based on information from well-known leaker Shiina, this collaboration with the Land of Ooo is expected to feature character skins, in-game items, a dance emote, and even custom designs for two racing cars.

To wrap up, this week is a significant one for Ballistic as it sees a massive overhaul of the game mode, introducing fresh maps, firearms, gizmos, and a reset of ranks – stay tuned for further details!
