The escalating conflicts between Red Hulk and Doctor Doom promise a significant global crisis. In the lineup during “One World Under Doom“, a serial comic starring Red Hulk has been introduced. This series coincides with the premiere of “Captain America: Brave New World“, where Red Hulk, portrayed by Harrison Ford, enters the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, Doctor Doom’s world conquest is not met with approval by Red Hulk, who has previously been imprisoned in Latveria. Yet, Red Hulk finds himself back behind bars in a facility governed by a new version of a potent Marvel figure.
As a die-hard cinema enthusiast, let me exclusively share with you the cover and synopsis for July’s issue #6 of Red Hulk, part of the “One World Under Doom” series. The captivating cover, illustrated by our series artist Geoff Shaw, portrays Red Hulk in a harness, his limbs restrained, while armed guards vigilantly watch over him. Doctor Doom has branded Red Hulk as a war criminal following an incident where a nuclear warhead was detonated on Latveria. In the backdrop of the cover, a sinister figure looms large – a wolf-like creature with its jaws wide and snarling, none other than the new War-Wolf set to make his appearance in Red Hulk #6. This ominous character oversees a clandestine gamma research facility where Red Hulk is imprisoned.
In issue #6 of Red Hulk, artist Dan Panosian offers a fresh take on the enigmatic new character, War-Wolf. Similar to past depictions, War-Wolf is a creature that’s half-human and half-werewolf, with mechanical enhancements scattered throughout its body. The big reveal of War-Wolf’s true identity is set for July 9th when the issue hits the stands.

Since the release of “Captain America: Brave New World” in theaters, the character Red Hulk has experienced a comeback. Now, we have a solo series for Red Hulk and he’s also part of the cast in “Sam Wilson: Captain America.” At the end of “Captain America: Brave New World,” Thaddeus Ross was sent to the super-powered prison The Raft, but there’s always a chance that Harrison Ford might reprise his role later on.
It was expected that Red Hulk would join the cast of “Avengers: Doomsday,” but surprisingly, Harrison Ford’s name wasn’t mentioned in the latest promotional campaign. Marvel Studios has revealed over 20 names for the upcoming Avengers film, featuring a mix of Avengers, Thunderbolts, Fantastic Four, and original X-Men actors. Marvel has hinted that “Avengers: Doomsday” will have more surprises than what’s been disclosed so far. Additionally, we can also look forward to “Avengers: Secret Wars.” Given these developments, there’s a good chance Red Hulk could cause destruction again in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
