On an unfriendly alien world, and fighting the impending sunrise that threatens his existence, Jan Dolski’s sole hope for survival hinges on inventing “variants” – alternate selves crafted from paths he didn’t walk. Each variant brings unique abilities, personas, and recollections linked to distinct life decisions. However, they also carry disagreements, uncertainty, and emotional burdens.
Overseeing the mission involves taking charge of your own actions—quite literally. Participants need to keep a movable command center, swiftly tackle time-sensitive dilemmas, cultivate connections with their alternate selves, and face the repercussions stemming from their past experiences.
