Can’t access Microsoft 365? You’re not alone.

Currently, some Microsoft 365 Family subscription holders are experiencing issues that prevent them from accessing applications and services such as Office, OneDrive, Copilot, and other Microsoft 365 offerings at the moment. A newly identified problem is causing these disruptions.

Microsoft acknowledged the problem and provided multiple updates regarding the status on their service status page.

The latest update on that page mentions that they’ve found a recent modification leading to problems, and they are now working to undo this change in order to fix the problem.

It seems that the problem only impacts those who are part of a Microsoft 365 Family subscription as guests. However, it appears that primary account owners are not affected by this issue.

Users whose subscriptions have ended will receive a notice asking them to renew their Microsoft 365 subscription.

If you are affected by the bug, you may be able to get around it by restarting your computer.

This is an ongoing story, and we will update it as more information becomes available.
