Currently, Anthropic has entered the competition with a fresh subscription option dubbed the “Max Plan,” designed particularly for individuals who frequently collaborate closely with Claude and require extended access for their critical projects.

The entry-level plan is priced at $100 per month, offering five times the usage capacity compared to the Pro version. Conversely, the higher-tier plan costs $200 monthly and comes equipped with twenty times more usage than the Pro version. Although many users find Anthropic’s latest subscription level appealing, particularly for heavy users, some users are not entirely satisfied with the monthly session limit of 50, as each session equals five hours.

The interaction with Claude begins immediately upon sending a message. Notably, if you communicate with the chatbot within five hours of your initial exchange, it will be considered as part of the same conversation. Conversely, any subsequent messages sent after more than five hours have passed will initiate a new session.

It seems like Anthropic might be trying to generate more buzz for its AI tool, Claude, but users are expressing dissatisfaction instead. On the dedicated subreddit r/ClaudeAI, users have been voicing their frustrations and discontent over Claude’s Max plan, particularly concerning its rate restrictions and limitations.
