The long-awaited third spinoff of “The Big Bang Theory,” titled “Stuart Fails to Save the Universe,” appears to be moving closer towards becoming a real TV show. However, the path from idea to production seems to be progressing at an extremely slow pace, much like glaciers do. The proposed series revolves around Stuart Bloom, the eccentric comic book store owner played by Kevin Sussman, and several other quirky characters who were regulars on the original CBS sitcom.
