This year, the game “Marathon” from Bungie is set to be released, but that’s not all they have planned. On May 6th at 9 AM Pacific Time, they will unveil more details about “Destiny 2’s The Edge of Fate” and additional information regarding their content plan for the upcoming year.
Title for the upcoming expansion, codenamed “Apollo”, may be “The Edge of Fate”. This exciting addition is set to debut in mid-June, offering fresh narratives and locations (some of which are exclusive to the franchise), a new raid, the beginning of the next chapter for “Destiny 2”, and the chance to customize your own storyline.
The season is divided into two significant overhauls, Arsenal and Surge, happening every three months, offering fresh and returning activities, equipment, Artifact Mods, events, new raid weapons, and other exciting features. Each update will feature a Rewards Pass with a newly introduced Exotic weapon or ornament, cosmetics, Legendary gear ornaments, resources, and possibly more.
Absolutely, we’re still figuring out what this situation might entail, so keep an eye out for additional information coming in May. “Destiny 2” is playable on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC. At present, it’s in the midst of Act 3 within its third episode, titled “Heresy”.
